Dear Team,

This is regarding my old postpaid connection from IDEA Cellular ltd.(9990482069), which I have closed on Dec 08, 2009.
But I am recieving bills till now every month, so you are requested to please help me as I have closed this connection after paying all outstandings on Dec 08, 2009.

I am giving the request number which I got from your IDEA retail store Noida Sec-64.

After giving unsuccessful requests on IDEA customer care many times I went to your IDEA retail store noida Sec 64, there I gave my driving license as id proof with written closure request and they have not given any recieving by saying that we are giving the request number bywhich this connection will be closed within 2 or 3 days.

After this I also confirmed with IDEA customer care that this request number is right or not, they told me that this request number is right and will close this connection shortly.

Now they are saying that there is no request exists at their end and this connection is not closed till now.

So please help me out and make the neccessary action against IDEA Cellular Ltd.
