Hello,
We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of DTDC, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the damages within the mentioned time in the notice.
Wait for their response and revert us back.
Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked the parcel (New mobile phone) vide consignment No.H74086189 from VIJAYAWADA (BENZ CIRCLE)-A.P to Bangalore (Cunningham road)- K.A on Monday, August 02, 2010.

But i have not received so far.i called so many times DTDC customer care people and i approached DTDC Local delievery center and i approached regional office nobody is not taking responsibility even they are telling we have not received if we receive why don't we deliver they are telling like that.

I frustrated with these irresponsible people.Please suggest me what is the solution for this.

Hence, I would like to register my complaint against DTDC Courier co.

We had booked 2 consignments vide No.B65672164 dtd 13th Oct 10 to Hyderabad & No.B65670285 dtd 19 Oct 10 containing Food Coupons through DTDC courier services in Babusapalya, Bangalore. We are not aware that Food coupons are not to be sent through courier and we have not got any information about the same at the time of booking these two consignments.

Further, we regret to say that the food coupons worth Rs.2500/- & Rs.3000/- has been removed from the covers and delivered only empty envelops. After making several calls to the Agent Murthy Mob # 9945558798 we are not getting proper reply from him, we are getting only fake answers.

We would request you to kindly intervene in this matter and ask him to pay us the value equivalent to the consignment value.

The courier has not reached as of today, even after 25 days and they are saying the consigment is misplaced.

The documents in the courier contain my application form for Rs.1200/- for the Management Aptitude Test(MAT) which was held on 5th December, 2010.

Due to their negligence, I could not appear for my exam as the application form had not reached and I was not provided with the Admit Card. My whole career depends on this exam and I was preparing for the same from 1 year.

They had also provided a letter stating their negligence for this misplaced/lost courier which the MAT Authorities have refused to acknowledge as it was too late by the time I realized the consignment had never reached the address. The application form was worth Rs. 1200/- and thus I had chosen DTDC lite courier from Lavelle Road, Bangalore branch paying Rs. 50/- instead of normal post, to send it to New Delhi.

I have sent them mails repeatedly, for which they have not replied.

Hence, I would like to register my complaint and seek your advise on how to proceed further. Also, I request you to kindly direct the DTDC lite concerned people to reimburse the amount of Rs. 1200/- for my application form in order to re-apply for the examination in February, 2010.

A courier was booked vide no, k 47397634 on 20.04.2011 in the afternoon from kolkata for delivery to goregaon (e) mumbai -63 inspite of repeated calling on your goregaon office at nos 022-30803376/77 and also on 9322106659 no satisfactory reply is given then i tried your supervisor's no at 9773604455 which switched off since, morning. What should i do to get courier today just now.

In case no reply or non delivery of document today i will take suitable action in the matter and will stop the business with dtdc courier in future.

We are coordinating with DTDC Bangalore as well as Kolkatta and their customer care to get the parcel, they are saying it has been lost in transisit. We Have registered a complaint to booking place and even DTDC head office though letter and e-mail and over the phone still we have not received proper reponse from DTDC.

Hence, we would like to register a complaint against DTDC Courier and book a cheating and robbery case againt them.

Just look in to the detail, that is tracked from website. This consignment was dispatched on 30th may 2011 and still has been delivered to the destination. Whenever we call Customer care, they say that the consignment has been delivered to Vikas Tower (Vikaspuri) and the name of the concerned person is Pradeep. Who does not have manner to talk to a customer.

I got surprised to when I came across such a pathetic customer service. I talked to Customer care executive (Animesh) of DTDC on 7th June 2011 , he told me the consignment was already delivered and you can get the info from Pradeep at 9717510290. Furthermore, when my father talked Neelam at DTDC today, she told him that the consignment has been delivered and the ph. No of the person is 9717510290. Then when we called this person, he told us that he is delivery Boy and did not receive any consignment yet. Subsequently, my father called DTDC Delhi again and talked to Neelam and she said, WHY ARE YOU WASTING MY TIME? ( In Hindi: AAP RAAT KO KYO CHAAT RAHE HO?).


Now, we have come to know what DTDC all about!!!!!!!!!

Our docket No is: B77546690 & B77546376 we have sent the courier from HOSUR to ASHOK LEYLAND BANDRA(NAGPUR) on 29.10.2011 to charge for the courier is rupee 150/- totally but till 03.11.2011 the courier is not deliver if we make a call to bandra courier office there was no respone then we take the taxi and gone to dtdc courier from ASHOK LEYLAND BANDRA they kept the courier there itself for keeping the courier safely in office only we have gave the money 150/- now we pay the taxi charges is 1200/- we need the money of 1200+150=1350/- immediately and your courier is non responsible for us so we will file the complaint to consumer court if you have not submitted the money of rupee 1350/- to us.

the contents of the parcel are a ATM card, a PAN card, medicines and accessories..it has been send through dtdc courier service.i contacted them bt they couldn't found the parcel and they are sayin that it hs been miss route to some other location and they searched bt couldn't find it.

We, Chemcrown Exports Ltd would like to inform you that we have sent a document on 2nd November, vide consignment no. V06998047, the name of the person who has taken the document is Mr. Nisar Ahmed, mobile 9748184900.

At the time of taken delivery, we have told Mr. Ahmed that its a very urgent document, must be delivered within 3rd November at 1PM, he also assured us.

We are very surprised that the document has reached our Chennai office just now.

We are also very surprised that Mr. Ahmed is not taking the phone also, what is this sir, is it the style of handling the customer? We have paid Rs. 150/-, then why should we face the problem?

Why you have kept this type of irresponsible people in your system? who does not know how to handle customer? This type is totally unexpected such a reputed courier like you.

Today we have got the paper, now this document has no VALUE AT OUR END? WHAT TO DO TELL ME?? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS? WHO WILL GIVE PENALTY FOR THIS?? PLEASE EXPIDITE.

Dear Sir,

I regret to say that the most pathetic courier service i have ever come across is yours. A courier Posted by my colleague Docket / POD No PNQ2729982 on 15th November 2011 has not reached to me till 21st November 2011 evening 5:30pm. as we both the pickup and delivery addresses are from Pune and same region of the city. The initial reason given by Pune, Shaniwar Peth office was to contact Kasarwadi / Pimpri Branch. They provided me 6 different nos. but all the nos. are busy all the time and when it is ringing no one is picking up the call. I was tried for 6 long days with various options like calling Corporate office which is located in Mumbai (No body responding the call). At least if you have some problem in delivery keep inform the customer.

Dear sir you named as Professional Courier (Does it mean professional), The Professionalism is missing hence I request you to close down your operations from at least from the places you could not provide proper services, As this brings in bad name and is not good for long run.
