What I purches after 10 days waiting of my choice i.e. 1.5 tonner mastermind chrome split AC of brown colour from TV Palace of Rander, Surat, Gujrat has found foulty by the Co's Engineer for noisy gas circulation which was effecting very badly in our sound sleeping, and created a lots of tension in my day today life since installation. After a great struggal dealer agrried to replace the set, but when time come he came with the silver colour of same model and tryied to convince that Co's has no stock as demand is less. About one month passed and still I'm suffering with same foulty AC for the want of my choiced colour. I wish to resolve my problems at earliest.

Dear friends, I have bought a Whirlpool (1 Ton) Chrome Air Conditioner in May 10. Initially the AC worked well but now the AC is not working well. I contacted the Customer care & raised a complaint One technician arrived at my place and after inspection he came to the conclusion that the power supply is not proper and suggested me to get one Whirlpool stabilizer. Without wasting any time I asked him to install the same at a cost of 4200/- INR. I have a Bill for the same. Even after the installation of the Whirlpool stabilizer the AC failed to work and Now the Technician is comming up with a new comment that the display of the AC has been blown Off . I feel sorry to inform you that this is the worst service I have recieved from the Whirlpool support Team.

Whirpool 1.0 ton AC is pathetic n service is worse

We bought Whirpool Chrome 1.0 ton AC for Rs 20000 3 months back

It had a leakage in the first week

Tried getin service from whirlpool n got very pathetic service
buyin a product of Rs20000 n got the answer from Whirlpool service engineer that we cant do anythin

the coolin is the one u got

n again m using fan to cool my room n AC jus like a show piece

I loved whirlpool prior to this
we have whirlpool refrigerator
It was great

But the AC is pathetico

this is eswar rao i have bought whirlpool master mind chrome 1.5 ton 6th sense a.c last year now its not working properly...it indicating that to clean the filter so please rectify my problem and do service as early as possible...
