BSNL encouraging bill payment on line but it is taking too much time in regularizing. if they are not able to control they should not increase the tension of consumer, they should make fool proof to immediate regularization of payment. My telephone no. 08023515264 consumer no. 44513947 is of Rajeshwary S. One bill i have paid on 19/04/2010 of 1022 Rupees. It has deducted from my bank account but in BSNL Online system it shows me my payment is pending

I have the bank reference number and transaction details.

Can anyone help me about this.

This is Jyoti Prakash from Infosys Pune. Yesterday I paid two of my pending bills using online bill payment facility of BSNL Jharkhand. This online bill payment application is being designed by Lotus Comm in Ranchi.

Some of the defects I noticed while doing the transaction are given below :

1. The online payment gateway is not neatly designed and after the payment of the bill it doesn't update the database immediately, and i don't know how long does it takes. One can still find his paid bill in the list of due bills.

2. The receipt generated is not password encrypted and is editable.

3. The overall online transaction is very slow.

16/12/2010. The money had been debited from my account and also i did not take the print out of the
transaction thus made.Kindly arrange to confirm if the same has been deposited in my email id immediately.
