Dear Sir,
i am mohammad raziq khan, baught broadband modem(9321488984) from e - zone. one executive name islam khan from reliance came to me and ask me to submit my residence proof.
i submitted bant statement of icici bank as a address proof.
and submitted my passport as a id proof. i am a migrant don't have another residential proof except bank stmnt.
he assured me that my card will be activated wid this. but later on without any prior notice my modem has been suspended.
after so many call he again assured me it will be activated in a day time. after one month, it wasn't activated he was not even telling the reason behind suspension of modem.
after calling to call center i realised my document is not submitted. so again io asked him to submit my document.
only then he tell me that i need to submit another residential proof.
he suggest me that if i submit bona fide certificate with photo id proof my modem will be activated.
that i submitted again,
his boss name ghanshyam assure he will activate this in 48 hours, again 12 days gone, it is still suspended.
they both are playing with me , wasting my time.
not doing anything but making me fool.

they both are extremely irresponsible person n don't care for customer.
i want my money back, asap or start my modem without any delay. i can move to consumer court if i Will not get desired result in two days.
