Allegation- MOBILE STORE has sold me either old /used/ refurbished or stolen old hand set

I bought a mobile model no.3600 classic from MOBILE STORE on 9 november 2008,on the 2ndday display had gone. When i came to them they said we are not responsible for that, go to nokia care. And nokia care says we are not responsible for this. we asked them for replace the set, but they both were blaming each other. THEY PROVIDED ME A DAMAGED MOBILE. After that in every 2 months the set got damaged.. it hanged all the time, and baterry backup was too bad.. the display got blue.AND ON 2ND OF NOVEMBER i went there ask him for repair my handset, my screen got blue and started blinkig.
THEY TOLD MRE THAT THAT MY WARRENTY WAS EXTENDED ON 27 OF OCTOBER 2009. At the end when i came there to extend my warranty.... they thold me that they are not, helping me in this case. I complaint him to the manager of Nokia Care Mr. kapil talwar. of KAROL BAGH. THEY COMITTECD ME THAT THEY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. AND SAYS PLEASE GIVE ME TIME FOR THREE DAY. AND PROMISED ME FOR EXTENDING A WARRANTY, AND REPAIRNG A SET.
After 3 days he dinied for his every statment.. HE Speaks very rudely.. and says go anywhere, complaimnt it anywhere., I was not afaraid of any one..
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP IN GETTING A NEW HANDSET.
