Suryapeta This is a complaint about the charges for use of toilets in suryapet apsrtc bus depot. The lady collecting the charges took 4rs instead of 2rs as written on the board. When confronted, she did not allow to use the toilet without paying more charges.

complaints on apsrtc,mro office,panchayath office Good Evening sir,Iam the people of piler,Sir Here lot of irregular activities done in every day,,Even one employee also not done thier proper work,
All are lazy fellows,they are not y work in office,,they are hating the people while we are go in govt offices,The APSRTC officers are not giving respect to passengers

not allowing passengers who travel for piler in hindupur depo bus though there is a stop sir hindupur depo luxury bus conductor and driver wont allow piler tickets to get in though there is a stop and in emergensy situations also.....example 13/6/2012 time 11.45 bus which started in tirupathi......please take action against the conductor and driver...

Misbehaviour of APSRTC Driver and Conductor of Bus No.AP11Z - 3332 of Gajuwaka Depot, Visakhapatnam I submit the following few lines about the mis-behaviour of bus Driver and conductor of APSRTC, Vizag with few passengers to your kind notice.
On, 14.05.12 at 1002 hrs I reached APSRTC Complex, Vizag to board the bus No.400 bearing Regd No.AP11Z 3332. When I reached the 400 bus stop at RTC Complex, Vizag, the above bus started moving from the 400 bus stop, my self and few passengers have raised our hands to stop the bus, the driver did not even slow the bus has increased the speed of bus and fe passengers have fallen down from the bus and again boarded the running bus. The driver and conductor of the bus did not bother and proceed the bus towards LIC building bus stop. We are travelling in the buss have faced grate hardship in boarding the bus please. Few passengers and my self asked the driver for not stopping the bus, when the passengers are running behind the bus to board the moving bus in side the RTC complex, he rashly replied us that he will not stop the bus and asked us to give a complaint to any one. I am bringing the above few lines about the misbehaviour of bus driver and conductor of APSRTC, Vizag of Bus No.AP11Z 3332 Route No.400 (Gajuwaka Depot) dt 14.05.2012 at 1003 hrs with the passengers to your kind notice. I have immediately intimated the incident to the Dy CTM, APSRTC over phone(tele No.9959225583). He listen me politely.
Suitable action may be initiated against your staff members, so that they will not repeat such mistakes in the near future for smooth functioning of APSRTC please.

cmplaint abt ap28z 4667 service its ap28z 4667 bus...when i saw bus in atmakur busstand i feel its super luxary....wammo in the journey its shows 12 hours ful length mv to all passengers...i hardly decide that i never book a ticket frm atmakur to hyd(bhel)...i suggest all my frnds abt that service..so all the passengers beware of that service....all windows in that bus wil continuously playing music.....there is no button in each tyre...the tyre wil be punctured at narravada...over all we see hell that night...hatsap to all apsrtc drivers and conductors for bearing that like buses....i kindly request apsrtc manager -atmakur(n) to change that service immediatley

Not utilising bus stand Respected sir,
In guntur dist cherukupalli village and mandal exististing bus stand not utilisising and at the same time RTC plannining to build another bus stand which is leadind to misuse of old one and misuse of funds. my humble request for re opening of existing bus stand.

many times we lodge a complaint on this service.but ur not responding........once observe that service....how passengers travel throughout night..........windows r continuously making nonce.....so we kindly requist u to change that bus immediatly...

Forgot Accessories in bus Hi,
I travelled in APSRTC-Indra Service from Hyderabd to Chennai on Sunday(01/07/2012). When I gotdown from the bus I forgot to collect my moblile's(nokia c2-03) ear phones.

I contacted APSRTC Enquiry in chennai, I wondered by their reply.
They said they didn't even maintain the bus driver's number and they don't have their contact numbers.
Even that is a matter of ear phones they should not say like that.
If you know the mobile number of that bus driver for that particular day, please let me know.

In Bus NO 75A Mr.Nayak Conductor Is misbheaving with ladies and students and beating the students and shouting on ladies with vulgar language He is not doing duty his doing dadhagiri on passengers , on Bus No AP 29 Z 870 ( 75A)
(Koti To Arundathi Colony ) with is Misbehaving we are feeling guilty and morever he is using vulgar language on ladies and students ,Please Kindly Take Action On This Conductor (Nayak) And Help The APSRTC Passengers To Go Happy Journey
on This Bus No AP 29 Z 870(75A) FM Depot.Especially is Misbehaving with Ladies Who are coming to see charminar etc

Today morning on my way to office yadagirigutta bus ( AP29U 8516 ) Driver driving very slow and he is not respect employee talking to mobile driving and smoking. Driver is very dangerously..Even it was nearly ...Request the concerns to pls take immediate action against this vehicle.

Unresponsibile driving Hi, I was going to my office as usual. Today, when I have stop on red light near Jubliee hills police station (Near Madhapur), a bus came from being and hit me and my sister from side ways. We have got few light injuries.
Instead of he applolizing, he started to arugue with us. I am very suppriesed to see a responsible driver (Govt), hit the stopped vechile and doesn't repent for the mistake has done. Instead he argues with the public. I haven't come across such an arrogant person so far.
I would request someone please take disciplinary action against the service driver. Here are the vechile details:
Bus type: City Bus
Bus Number: AP 11Z 7062, Ramnagar to VBIT
Incident time: July 18, 2012 (Time: Around 10:00 Am to 10:10 AM)
Please some take necessary action and stop such things happening in future.

My name is P. Praveen Kumar, aged 38years, (contact cell no.9949185954), I have reserved tickets for 5 (five) persons at MGBS from Vijayawada to MGBS for 22nd July 2012 at 23:45hours, but I don't remember the ticket number, nor service number, and I have lost the ticket somewhere. At this situation, what should I do for alternate tickets from Vijayawada to MGBS, Hyderabad. May please help the situation.
