this is to inform you that i have purshased one bed(furniture) through my credit card by paying a cost of 18000 through pepperfry.com online shopping site.I have been promised that i will be recieving my bed with 28 days.but now its more then one and half month and i have not recieved my order till now..i m following them from last 1 week and they are promising me every day that i will get tomorrow and tomorrow.I am a doctor by profession and this attitude of pepperfry people is giving me mental harassment.I have asked them to cancel my order and return my money back.. but i dont know if they will give me my money back or not and who is going to pay for the mental haressment which they have given me. KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS MATTER.
