I have been a member of the video rental service- 70mm ( seventymm) in Bangalore for the past 2-3 years. THis year (2009), in february, I decided to go for a yearly package for the service. I paid close to Rs1000 for hte yearly plan. But since february, I have not received a single DVD- their website says my account is suspended claiming that I havent paid.

I have repeatedly sent email and made phone calls to customer service. I even gave them the receipt number and payment details. Yet- nothing has been done to correct the situation with my account. Each time, a representative would talk to me and get all the details and say they would call back- but they never follow up.
This is the worst kind of customer service I have seen. I want 70mm to cancel my account and return my money. Please let me know how I can proceed.
