Sir,
We have taken the sun direct dth connection in the month of September and for individual channel purchasing we have did two times for same month by mistake and immediately did the canceled the extra one, and before to do so we have tried so many times to call customer care -
(Karnataka:080-39407575 very poor service) but always the line is busy it won't connect at all. But now they are telling that its our mistake and not able to do the refund, and i have asked for which rules or on which law you are stating this? but for this question they not replied. This communication done by e-mail and am having this communication in my e-mail inbox.
Please help me what to do for this?
