I have been calling SUN DIRECT for past 1 month for my dish alignment and nobody has turned up so far !! The customer care bastards kept saying 48 hours, every time I called them.

Does any body know any private technician in Bangalore who can align my antenna?
If so , kindly provide the phone number so that I can contact.

It is so unfortunate that I took a new 1 year subscription and am without my TV from last 1 month. Hell with SUNDIRECT ..fucking Maroons

i bought the sun hd connection within 10 months sensor went off, after that it was such a unpleasant ordeal with the service person.they came only after week to check the complaint,he took my set top box and told me he will get it ready in 3day but he gave it back only after 10 days at the end of a big fight.one week later again i had a problem with my set top box and now i am calling the customer care for the past ten days but nobody bothers to check the complaint.

instead of providing such a worst service they can remain ideal leaving this bussiness.

at the end of the day i got another connection from dish tv .
