Dear Sir, I really doubt of recruitment process of MTNL when inefficient person like Mr.Rane of Mira Road exchange is unable to even respond to complaint and everyday giving false promises. My landline no.28130436 is dead from last 8 days and my complaint no. is 1713. I have been trying to contact Mr.Rane of MTNL but he not even answering the call.
