Sir, I have recharge my dishtv on 3 dec 2011 for Rs 6000 with free offer of two months. Then my date of next recharge was given 8 dec 2012. After adding the the offer my recharge date change to 24 dec 2012. After launch of dishtv recording facility, In Feb I demand for new recording remote of worth Rs 300. After many conversations with customer care I receive the remote after 18 day. Rs 300 was deducted from account balance @ Rs 18.5 per day, for which 16 days to be debited. i.e. 08 Dec 2012. On 1 Jun 2012 I requested for temporary disconnection of my connection for 2 months, since i am going outstation on leave. I was told by customer care that i you activate the account before 60 days, you will be charge for whole period.
After that I request for activation on 4th Jul 2012 and told to charge for the 34 days. Since the charge for 34 days carry on . My account next recharge date should be same as earlier before temporary disconnection. That is is should be 08 Dec 2012. Now I was told by customer care vide above reference complaint no. that my next recharge date is 07 Jul 2012. How my next rechage date will become 6 month back.
