My father, who is working as Vice President in an Indian MNC, was given a Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI for his personal use from his company about 15 days ago. As we happened to cross the first service mark of 1000 KMS, we decided to get the service done from our nearest Maruti Authorised Service Station which happened to be Magic Auto, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. The job-sheet was opened and the estimate was given for Rs 2900 for Oil Change which was a bit shocking for me since Rs 2900 was a lot of money. I clearly asked Mr. Rahul Kalra, (who opened the job-sheet) about the other options for oil change to which he said the only other option was Rs 2600 but paying Rs 300 extra would be more beneficial than the other option since it would increase the life of the vehicle. I agreed to it.
I got a shock when I confirmed at another Maruti Authorised Service Station for the cost of changing the oil, and was informed that it was Just Rs. 1000/-. When I went to collect the vehicle, I confronted Mr. Kalra and asked him why he did not disclose to me the cheapest oil to which he completely refused. I went into the cabin of Mr Bhardwaj, who is the Service Manager and informed him of the issue. He called all who were responsible for the issue and at the end could find no solution to my problem.
Later, when i was to be given the delivery of the vehicle, i realised that about 1/3rd of the diesel was less from the time i had given the vehicle. Luckily, on the jobsheet i had gotten recorded the amount of diesel in the vehicle and i got the diesel filled again at the service station's cost. The point is not replenishment of stolen things. The point is that the service station is a thief on the whole.

Bed service & repair vehicle
I am Mahender Sharma & having a 800 Maruti car vide no. DL 9CS 9216 I have purchased on 29th March 2009, i run the car aprox 32000 km in between i have sent my car at Magic Auto Moti nager in 10-12 times apartfrom service time but at now i have not sutisfied with you service.
At now i send my car at moti nagar 4 time a month & your machenic also come at my place for repair car 3-4 time but result is absultely zeroooooooooooooooooooooooo.
i have loose petrol in transit upto moti nager to my office & my office to moti nager.

Wagon R Lxi Duo from your Dwarka show room. Regn. No DL 9CK 9722. Months back I got my servicing done at your
mayapuri workshop and after one day I found one tiny component (nut) which hold the stepney is missed. Same thing
I informed to Mr. Rajesh of Mayapuri workshop, he assured me that he will book the spare and I will get it shortly but
already months over I got no response from their end. So I request you to do the needful by procuring the material at the earliest.

Magic auto actually do magic with your Car
I had given my car Swift Dzire for servicing at there center at Moti Nagar on dated 2nd Sept 2010. Firstly there were just passing the batton from on to another for opening the job card. Finally some Mr Malik came and did that obligation for me. It was third service free service and he asked which engine oil (as he told me three category) for normal 1400, for premium 2700 and for synthetic 3400. As I am owning cars since 2003, I know whats the cost of of engine oil and servicing cost. Fina;lly I chose the normal one. In the evening when I got the veichle delivered I wa s surprised to see that number from my number plates are missing. Mr Malik said now the store is closed so what he can do is write number with permanent marker. When I checked the my car from inside I was surprised to see that it was just washed from inside but water marks are present. No polish and even the wind shield was all dirty from inside. I could not find any changes in engine perfomance and it seemed that nothing was done except the washing and it was such a bad experience with MAGIC AUTO. THEY ACTUALLY DO MAGIC WITH WITH YOU CAR WITHOUT DOING A THING. I would like to appreciate the services given by Competent automobiles.

Magic Auto Centre
I had given my Baleno UP 16 M 8982 car for servicing at Magic service center, Mayapuri on dated 14 June -2010 and i explain them my problem about clutch i told him during driving the clutch was very hard then he went with me for test drive and he said there is a problem with clutch it needs to overhaul after then it will be smooth and next day when i came in workshop they hand over me the bill amount of Rs. 12,522 /-
After 4 days again same problem i visit two times to workshop but no progress i thought in Magic service center they have good mechanic for cars. I have bad experience. The don't now the value of cars and time.

poor service and poor redressal system
I gave my SX4 Automatic DL9CY 4877, to Magic Auto, which was bought from them also last year, for second service on 28.01.2011. At the time of delivery of vehicle, all attention points/ known to me were informed which included refitting the bumper, which has got misplaced and requested for cliiping again. It was instructed that a thorough check up may also be done. After a day, the vehicle was returned with just vehicle wash so it seems. At the time of delivery the same was informed as all points mentioned were unattended.
However no action was taken. On 3rd of feb I received a call from their customer call centre asking for the service feedback wherein I repeated inaction and improper service of my vehicle. They promised vehicle pick up the next day. I kept on waiting for them next day and informed them again at about 11.30 AM of the same. However nothing happened till 2 p.m. when I rang up again to be informed that somebody shall come by evening and vehicle shall be repaired there itself. In the evening when their service team came, I was informed that the vehicle needs to be taken to the garage as its fender plate has to be replaced, which was missed at the time of service inspection, besides other unattended points. This was planned for the next day. Nobody came till 7th and I kept on ringing up without much progress. On 7th also I kept on waiting and kept on ringing to be told that vehicle shall be picked up. Ultimately it was picked up at 2.30 pm with a promise that" it shall be delivered by the evening".
The vehicle is yet to come back, with nobody being able to give information on what is wrong, what is being done, and when it will be delivered to me as I write here on 9th february 2011.

Magic Auto : One of the PATHETIC Dealers
1. They dont bother if a customer is calling them, infact they put there call phone switch off and keep it on a side.
2. They deliver a car with registration number and later on after a week or 10 days they call there customer and says this registration is not of your car your car is not registered yet and wont get register with this number...dont drive this vehicle..and we ' ll get to you shortly.. customer kept on waiting for there call with a new registration number but never ever got a courteous reply from dealers end....finally on customer's follow up registration number issued , and now Sales consultant is so busy in bookings of new customers car that he cant send the registration slip by email (scanned copy ) or courier...for that customer will have to wait for another 2 days..
3.finally customer got their Registration slip by themselves from the Dabri Outler....They felt a sigh of relief ..........................but no.
finance problem is pending.....earlier not emi hitted customer's account and in the month of March customer got a call from bank and so called consultant that EMI of January month will hit your account on 11th March & another will hit on 20th March.........
Even after all these blunders ...a boot cardboard cover is left which was given in damage condition and said by the Showroom manager that it 'll be replaced..has not been replace yet...And as per the Showroom manager the cant send this board in a test drive car even if customer is ready to pay for fuel....
Such a beautiful customer service Magic Auto is providing to their clients...

best dealer of the country
first of all i would like to thank you MAGIC AUTO for giving the best experience of my life while purchasing my new maruti vehicle. the staff was really courteous and taken good care of me and my family while all the delivery prcess was happening. they really helped me to make the right decision....
i would definately recommend MAGIC AUTO to everybody for all their vehicle needs...
And also a special mention of MAGIC AUTO's MOTINAGAR WORKSHOP, the best workshop in the country, they took care of my car as their own car, best service received ever...

Complaint regarding the services from your Magic Auto MotiNagar New Delhi.
My name is Param Pareek and I own Maruti Wagnor No DL9C AB 3772,would like to highlight some issues regarding the services from your Magic Auto MotiNagar New Delhi.
My car stopped working in the month of June’12 and when I registered a complaint at your service center nobody helped me out and I myself hired a Crain and toed car to your service center and when they checked the car they told me that clutch plate is totally damaged and you have to change it and I told them to go-ahead but when next day I got my car back it was in running condition but was not up to the mark, pickup of the car was almost gone and in second gear car vibrates a lot and speed also comes down and along with all this average of the car has come to appx 7km/liter only.
At the same time I complained verbally to Pramod(Relationship officer) he told me sir it is nothing and it will automatically get rectified in 2 to 3 days but it did not got rectified and I sent my car twice to your service centre for the same problem but the problem is still there and I am not getting any proper response from the service center.
Request you to intervene and get this problem resolved at earliest either I am forced to send a mail to senior people in Maruti and file a case in consumer court.

I got my serviced done from magic service centre in Moto nagar they were very nice , humble and I am fully satisfied with there services . Other device centre will rip you of the hard earned money this service centre is the best in Delhi .i am totally satisfied .
