Dear Friends i request u to read my full mail and pls dont become a fool like me because our money is very hard earned money.

They can change their name from ITBC TO CTBC (Cheaters today bloody company).

These people are a big fraud, the people working there are equal to criminals.

Pls do not make any correspondance with ITBC for god sake you will loose all your money and become like me today i am struggling like anything for leading normal life because all my money went in the sweet words of the people calling from ITBC and telling you have won Rs. 4.95 lacs and this will be transfered to your account by June 30th 2010 this was told by a Cheter in ITBS by name TANUJ SRIVASTAV, Senior HOD, Selection cummity, and had given some dummy winner Id and some nonse activation code. I think all these names used by these people are also dummy.

One more thing pls do not go thru their words that they tell u buy a product for some X amount that you are short by X amount for the final 10 nominees and you buy that after some time (may be 10-15min) one more person will call you and tell you still short of X+n you can cancel the previous product and buy this product, pls do not cancel any orders placed because my experience id you will not get the product also and your money spent for the 1st product which you have cancelled will not be refunded by ITBC as i am follwing up for refund from 3-months and they always tell you hav to wait for some more days. Always you will get the same response thru mail. and when u call the customer care and report your issue of refund they immediately their systems are down today due to some technical problem if that is so they should not lift the calls also.

so friends pls pls do not buy any thing from these CHEATERS.

Due to this my personal life is getting SCREWED UP day by day.

All the members get together go out there however far it is nd beat the hell out of them so they wou't cheat others.

I have received SIX separate email at 2 DIFFERENT email addresses from Bag it Today, Proclaiming me as a WINNER in each and every one of them. Imagine a SIX time Lucky winner!!! ...... for 3 separate things!!! Twice each.... OoooooH Goody!!

All 6 times, I have been soooooo lucky!!! Imagine, Each time I have won an exclusive privilege coupon worth Rs 3051. This coupon allows me to buy a a specific product worth Rs 5050 for Rs 1999 only....... not only that, I also receive a free gift of MTV Sunglasses worth Rs 3450....... told you sooooooo lucky!!!!

Basically its a Scam!! Everybody on their mailing list gets the same WINNER message!! They are just unloading the products at the normal predetermined price that they have fixed. For example, old model Swatch watches (2003 Vintage) which are available cheaply on the market in bulk are sold with marked up margins as deals with notional MRPs shown to make things look GREAT.

Two times Bag it today has offered me different Swatch watches which can be purchased at a maximum of Rs 2200 from other sites online.

I purchased Rebok kit from India Today Book Club. but they they have been sent wrong size, which I have been sent to India book club & received at their office.They promished me to send the Rebook Track suit with proper size. It is now more then 10 months, I am following up (Over phonel) with India Today. They confirmed me (Over phonel) to send the track suit , however I am not yet to get the same.

On 04th of January 2011 I have received an email from you offering holiday package of Rs 1000.00/Night stating “Enjoy 7 Nights / 8 Days stay in premium resorts* at just Rs 7000.00 at Choice of 3000 resorts in 500 locations in India and abroad”. In turn I replied your mail and one of your Executive by name Mr Abhimanyu was succeeded very well in confusing me stating that we will be provided with good accommodation in 3 to 5stared resorts of our choice in the list of 3000 resorts in 500 locations in India and abroad.
Believing by the name of INDIA TODAY the India’s most leading magazine I trusted and made the payment of Rs 7000.00 on 11th of January 2011. From the day onwards my journey of chasing you has started. Earlier I booked a consignment through BAG IT TODAY and received my consignment promptly, expecting the same result from you I have booked the package, planned my trip to Darjeeling and Train/ flight reservations were also made accordingly for my family.
This has been conveyed to one Mr Ankur who attended the call on +911206182100 and even to Mr Abhimanyu (who has called one of the lead given by me for this product while talking to him he connected to me to promote the product, during that discussion this has been brought to his notice also). And the both of them were very convincingly accepted and told we will be accommodated in 3/5star hotel/Resort in Sterling Darjeeling as mentioned in your list of Resorts which will be having full/partial kitchen, etc with the sleeping capacity upto 4 people.
After all the FOLLOW UP and after a long period of 26 days that is 0n 06th of February 2011, I received a “VOUCHER CODE REQUEST FORM” and on 07th of February 2011 the same has been sent back to the address given by you duly filling the form along with the Demand Draft for Rs 750/- Before dispatching the same, I have contacted the number +911206182100 on 07th of February, I spoke to One Mr Amith and one Mr Harsh and asked about the filling up of the voucher form. As per my requirement they guided me in filling up the form and I accordingly filled the form and sent. Before dispatching I said I wanted bookings for April 13th 2011 to April 20th 2011 in Darjeeling and as per the instructions given by you, to book 30 to 45 days in advance, (where as booking request were made by me 64 days well in advance.) I have booked my destination and date.
After the dispatching of the request nearly 100 times I had discussion with your people and most of the times my calls were neglected by your representatives by putting on hold for hours together or with the reply that you will be contacted by our representative with in two working days, ultimately on 23rd of Februay2011 I spoke to Miss Sangeeta of Escalation Desk (01204112424) and she has promised me to look in to this matter and clear it by with in two or three days.
After the passing of seven days without any feed back from Sangeeta again I called (01206182100) and after talking to One Miss Shefali she connected me to One Mr Ankur and he was stating that there is no availability on those dates and then he said he will check in some other hotel and again he said it is available but for only 5nights. In SAILUNG hotel, in turn I contacted that hotel and enquired and came to know that only cheapest accommodation for the two has been booked, even though the star accommodation was available. After passing of 26days of my booking you never turned up to call me or inform me about this, when I made a call to enquire about the status your representatives are stating this problem is it fair on your part?.
Dear Sir, In view of the above I request your esteemed concern why such type of false promises are being made to the innocent INDIANS and killing the sentiments of CULTURED INDIANS. This sort of business really will not crown you, keeping the name “INDIA TODAY”
As a documentary proof I have recorded the most of the important telephonic discussions I had with your representatives. And as told by you, as a quality and training purpose you will be recording the calls, please once kindly listen to those discussions you had with me. I hope at least this e mail / letter of mine will be replied.
