Dear Sir,
I had received a Valumart brosher with deutsche bank card statement & I had ordered three below products from ivalue mart:
1. Impact Drill Machine
2. Citrus Juicer
3. Electric Kettle
with free one free gift.
My order no is 6779, thay promised me, u receive all these with in 21 days but yet still not received and nobody picking my phone on all given nos (18002093209, 022-61405201, 022-61405207),
I had ordered these products on 20th January,2009. But till now(8th september'2009) I have not received these products & they had already charged Rs.2472/- against my credit card.
Now they are not picking my phone & there is no any communication from their side. Nobody can communicate properly. Kindly advise me what action has to be taken. On line shopping with ivalue mart is very dangerous.

Sir,
I had placed an order 5918 for a dual sim card mobile handset on 26th September 2008.In the month of March 2009 I was asked to change my order since the mobile was not available.
I had been charged RS. 8900 from my credit card on 26th September, 2008.
I changed my order to
1. Coffee set ---RS. 260
2. Luggage --- RS. 1575
3. Table mate ---- RS. 700
4. Cordless phone set ----RS. 1800.
I told them that the remaining money I could order further if I found anything worth buying, but until then they should send me the above items.
To date I haven't received anything from your end nor the phone lines work for the last two months.
How do I get my money back now?
Please advise as soon as possible.
