    Arrow Complaint against d2h recharge on 31/may/2012

    Hi,

    I had Recharged mine D2H satellite box having a Customer Id 22496524 of Rs. 175 on 30 May 2012 from Shop Fashion Gallary in Raigarh Chhattisgarh. But even after 24 hrs mine D2H box didnt got recharged. When i went to Dealer and asked , he had given me Transaction ID (TID) no.-120531767367 from which he had recharged. Then when i called D2H customer service i had very bad response and even they didnt responded properly.

    Kindly register the complaint and help me with better solutions.
