Last week I purchased a DUO Ro+Uv water purification system. From the day 1 we have been observing some defects in the new system. It needs repeated reminders to the service personal and infact even the marketing department also not showing required response. We observe the following defects in eureka forbes service.
a. Even though the marketing executive gave so many oral guarantees with regards to the product, so far nothing has been given in writing
b. The payment was made on 31st december 2011 so far the official invoice has not yet been provided.
c. The water tank is not uniformly filling up by filteration and at times it stops at 50% of the tank capacity.
d. Whenever large quantity of water is required, the knob provided is raised unfixed and after filling up the container, when the knob is released it cuts through the falling water, thereby the impurities rested on the knob is also washed down to the container. Hence the very purpose of having a sophisticated system is defeated.
I therefore request you to look into the matter and advice the concern to address the issue immediately.
