    With great anguish I am bringing this to your notice the irregularities committed by your sales team at Yelechanahalli.
    I had booked Euro Clean with your Marketting Excecutive Shri Basavaraju. Since I did not get the delivery within four days I cancelled the order informed your marketting people to give back my cheque. After much pursuation they forced me accept the item. But I told them clearly on several times to return the cheque to me which they agreed. However, to my dismay the same cheque was presented the your people withdrrew the money without consulting me before presenting the same.

    I brought this to the notice of Mr. Basavaraju and in-charge named Mr. Naidu on several occassions and Mr. Naidu assured me to pay the cash within 18/11/2011 and he alos promised that he would come to my house and hand over the cash. However to my dismay no response for the same. I also contacted Mr. Reddappa who is supposed to be incharge for this. His response was also very arrogant and he did not bother to listen to my views.

    Now, I am forced to take further steps to recover a sum of Rs.10,990/- with all the damages and mental agony I have to undergo for no fault of mine. Incidentally I was a customer of Eureka forbes since 25 years wherein I bought earlier vesion of Euro Clean and Water Purifier. I hope wiser counsel will prevail and money due to me is paid immediately with any loss of time to avoid further enquiries and complaints.

    Angry Inadequate Service by Eureka Forbes company

    Last week I purchased a DUO Ro+Uv water purification system. From the day 1 we have been observing some defects in the new system. It needs repeated reminders to the service personal and infact even the marketing department also not showing required response. We observe the following defects in eureka forbes service.

    a. Even though the marketing executive gave so many oral guarantees with regards to the product, so far nothing has been given in writing
    b. The payment was made on 31st december 2011 so far the official invoice has not yet been provided.
    c. The water tank is not uniformly filling up by filteration and at times it stops at 50% of the tank capacity.
    d. Whenever large quantity of water is required, the knob provided is raised unfixed and after filling up the container, when the knob is released it cuts through the falling water, thereby the impurities rested on the knob is also washed down to the container. Hence the very purpose of having a sophisticated system is defeated.

    I therefore request you to look into the matter and advice the concern to address the issue immediately.

    Default Issue has been resolved

    Respected sir,I have been harassed by Shri J.S.Bhatnagar Service Center Owner of Aqua Guard, Ghaziabad. On 12th Oct’2011 I had launched a complaint regarding my Aqua Guard machine and my complaint number is 85694338 but today is 15th and no one has attended our complaint, when I talked to Shri J.S.Bhatnagar Service Center Owner of Aqua Guard, Ghaziabad to my surprise he said that he will not attend my complaint since we are calling him again and again. Then I called up Shri Vipul Raj the area head of customer service as I was told by the call center he promised that he will send his representative by 2PM but no one has attended us till now. We have no idea where we should go and to who is going to listen to our problem. When we purchased the product from the company they had made huge promises but action speaks louder then words.     Default Eureka Forbes is a cheat's company

    My Aquaguard water purifier (iNova model) has not been working for two weeks now. Despite repeated complaints and escalations, no one has visited my premises to fix the issue. We have a yearly contract in place and they arrive before time to get the contract done. And this is the service for them. They are a bunch of liars and worthless people sitting there doing nothing, and eating up our money. I am really fed up running after them and complaining.

    Thumbs down Worst service

    These guys are cheaters. there was a thread on their poor service and not yet rectified,.. Worst service.. Again posting it.. how many times u delete i will post it back again and again and i have informed all my friends to do the same.. how many can you delete and stop you cheaters... could not provide a proper service then why the hell u do business..

    "Don't buy Aqua guard products.. they are worst in service.. i have wasted my 12000/- in purchasing this product.. within 6 months problem in their product for which no proper service. Service personal will be very rude and will not reveal his details like employee number or badge number or his name.. Moreover after he worked on the complaint it went from bad to worse and now its not even starting.. If possible i will tell every media.. newspaper, website everywhere on how dissatisfied about their service.. Eureka Forbes.. This is posted in my wall as well as in Eureka Forbes wall.. reason to post in my wall is for my friends not to get cheated and also to ensure none from Eureka Forbes can delete this, since they can delete this from their wall and not from mine... thats why they are tagged.. too angry on them.."

    Service person names Karthik, shankar who is very rude to the customer and doesnt reply to the questions asked... their service head saravanan responds the same way.. these useless service personals are headed in Chennai and incharge for anna nagar branch.. they dont carry proper service sheet and no proof that they service and they now say all parts are gone bad within 6 months.. Never seen such a worst service and waste of money in any products... if required and no response on this i will go to consumer court... if i can spend money to buy this useless product i will spend money and get a justice..
