faulty water filter supplied from eureka forbes i had purchased an aquaguard booster from eureka forbes on 10th of july which had been installed on 21st of july at my house. Within four days of installation it stopped working. I made a complaint with customer care on 25th July ref for which is 83262694 where each service centre of eureka forbes just buck passed their responsibility from one office to another and till date as on 03rd of august the machine has not been fixed. In fact one of their sales person code no 9042850 told me that he would get a new machine replaced with this faulty one. Please suggest what should i do.

Vaccum cleaner I am vinod bhargav residing at Dombivli west and we have bought a vacuum cleaner thgh Mr. Sushil Gaikawad he is an marketing personnel from Kalyan branch for Eureka Forbes. We have taken new model futura of vacuum cleaner and used only for a week and found that it is not working due to some fault. We have called their customer services and given the details. first their technician come at our home and checked the vc. But as he don't know about the model he has refused stating that this is not EUREKA FORBES ITEMS. Then we have shown a receipt of the material to him then he has accepted and told us that this is a new model and he do not have knowledge about the repairing. He has not gote trainingfor this model repairing.
Till date and time that instruments lying as it is no further details .

Complain against Agarwal Packers and Movers, Bangalore Sir,
My name is Raghu Babu and I worked for a reputated MNC in Bangalore, on professional grounds had to relocate to outside India in the month of May 2010. For my belongings in Bangalore were to be shifted to my hometown Rajahmundry. I enquired with many packers and movers and finally ended up with Agarwal Packers and Movers of Bangalore (contact person Mr. Mukesh Agarwal, 9845105461). Although they quoted me 23000/- for transporting my goods to Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, I agreed on the following terms:
1. Packing for the goods that will be transported outside India will be done free of cost
2. Packed cartons will be transported to the "Laxmi cargo (agents for international transport)" go-down free of cost
3. All my goods will be well packed as they are to stored for atleast one year
4. All the goods will be transported in an individual vehicle.
They fulfilled terms 1 & 3 but after transporing cartons to Laxmi cargo they demanded 1500/- without which they told that the cartons will not be handed to Mr. Prasad (contact person of Laxmi cargo, 9845715677). Somehow after long negotiations with both Prasad and Mukesh the cartons reached Laxmi cargo for international shipping. This caused me a lot of stress.
Next worst thing is w.r.t term 4, in Bangalore all my goods are loaded in a vehicle infront of me in an individual vehicle and after two days when I reached Rajahmundry to receive my goods, I was surprised to see a big milling mchine sitting in the vehicle and all my goods are arranged to give space for that. That machine was full of grease so all the cartons in the vehicle were full of grease and in no way capable of being stored for even a single day. They smell a lot and we had to empty all of them. Also because of the heavy movement the shaft of that machine struck one of the glass cupboards and it got dented heavily. My wooden furniture and glass items also got damaged. I called up Mukesh Agarwal and he said that we will sort this out after unloading. So allowed the vehicle to unload.
After 2 days I called him and asked him to return 5000/- to me as initially he quoted only 18000/- for a shared vehicle. Also asked him to provide the insurers details so that I can claim for my damages. To my horror, he said that there is no insurance, although I seperately paid for it and have the receipt with me given by the packers and movers.
Also about the refund he said I will not get any money as things are done that way only. It was very harsh reply and there are not ethics.
Please advice if this issue can be taken up to consumer forum.

WORST Service Backup from Eureka Forbes I had bought the Smart RO system from Eureka Forbers, after completion of the warantee/guarantee period of the purifying candles inside the system they were replaced with the new once along with 1 year AMC at a cost of Rs.2900.00
It was promised that a technician will come quarterly to check if the system is working correctly. Even after calling the Franchisee Service Center since last2 months, no one had bother to visit us to check the system. They provided us the technician mobile no. which is always ringing with no response or is switched off.
The service back I say is worst then pathetic, or you can say they have no backup at all. I am stuck here, with no one to respond.

I sent a courier from Amritsar to Panipat on 19 Aug by On Dot CN. Number 154685537. I was promised that packet will be delivered in 24 hours. When after 25 hours I contacted the area manager for non delivery. I was misbehaved by him.
Next day I called regional head(I am not sure the designation) Mr. Nirbhay for the same I took the area head on con-call. Area Head's attitude was again more insulting. Then I was given a mobile number of GM Mr. Sanjiv (9311584300) since monday I am call at his number but in vain. Today I called at Panipat office to know the status phone was received by some S.K. Sharma. Whem I asked him about the status of courier, he after some time out despration abusing me.
I am a networker, This courier was send to my prospect, who could have joined me till date if courier had reached in time. But now he has denied to join and is angry with me. I would have earned lakhs of rupees if he had joined me. I have suffered a good amount of financial loss, have been insulted by Area manger Amritsar, Nirbhay & one S.K. Sharma.

eureka forbes guy spoiled my water purifier ... I am a journalist by profession. Now I am planning to take Eureka Forbes to Consumer court. They have pathetic service. I have a 3 year contract for servcing with them. I called them for servcing. After giving 3 days & not reporting they spoiled my 3 days. On the day their person from Skylark Eng came. He (Kunal - trainee technician 9833415192) spoiled the machine (water purifier) and apolozized that it was his mistake and assured that it will ... See Morebe corrected. Now they don't pick-up the phones. One guy who picked up the phone said "jo karna hai .. kar lo"The involved culprits are Prakash Morkar (9930490183), Ganesh (9224632726).I am sure Eureka Foberes will try & do everything to shelter these people who bring disgrace to their name.my custmor no 1003965341

poor service provided against AMC I have AMC with eureka Forbes Dombivli service centre.
I wish to bring it to every body's notice that they give very poor response to persons who go in to AMC.
They change office and do not inform.
Also they register the complaint but technician doesnot come.
Most of the time they even do not take the calls.

I had purchased an Aquaguard Total Sensa on 28 june 2010 which had been installed on 29 of june at my house.Within 15-20 days of installation it stopped working. I made a complaint with the Vaishali Nagar Direct Sales Office,to Mr Ghatak and assured that a service engineer will soon visit to my place.It happened in the manner Mr Ghatak said,but unfortunately the machine again stopped working after a couple of days.
I made a complain once again but there was no positive response from the other end.I was that I am getting the best product in the market,but it does not seems to be,I am really disappointed with the service and response from your end.
I myself is working with TATA concern,so went for EUREKA FORBES,but unfortunately I am very much upset with it.
Help me out with this problem as I am not getting the real picture,it seems as the machine is faulty one from the day one.

very poor response by eureka forbes I am really very surprised and shocked by the non complience of my complaint regarding my aquaguard water purifier since last two months. I have made several calls to its service center as well as sales office at Rourkela.My aquaguard is under service contract for two years and for that they have taken heavy amount still they are not giving service.I shall wait for a week and if still they are not responding i will go to consumer court.

I have bought your machine protect plus on 13/07/10 through your sales person Romesh Joshi and later the person who came to install the machine said that the machine was not suitable for the water at my residence and hence it was not installed. when i called the sales person i was promised a refund in two days. but later he was not attending my calls and hence i registered my first complaint on 15/7/10 no 832180981. there was no response from the company and i have been calling the call center repeatedly for the refund. I sent a lot of complaint through email to their published mail address but not a single one was answered. on my initiation i was asked to contact Ms ruchi/ Mr Adir/ Mr sunil/ Mr Sudir Gupta which i did and later i was promised refund in 7 days which did not happen and i registered a complaint with their call centre on 23/08/10 no 83429010. Later i was clarified my Mr Sudir that the delay in refund is due to the purchase made on Credit Card and hence awaiting confirmation from credit company for confirmation of payment. I checked with the Credit card company and found the payment is already made. Then i registered another Complaint on 06/09/10 complaint no 83503847 and still no response. On 08/09/10 i called the call center and i was shoked to here that the call center has been asked not to record a complaint on sales refund. now
i would like to know is it a policy of eureka forbes not to give refund contrary to the claim in their website?
Is it a fault of the customer to trust the company on its product?
The declaration that the product is suitable and not suitable was made by the company personnell only. Even after the company having agreed to the fact that i was sold the equipment be deceit why there should be a delay in making the refund.
i have been a customer of eureka forbes for 12 years and this is my fifth product from the company. the trust is lost. i cant beleive that such an esteemed company has steeped to such a level of selling its product in deceit.
i would like to know how long it will take to get the refund. what is the procedure. is there anyone to whom i can speak to. expecting an acknowledgement

eureka forbes trendy steel vaccum cleaner I bought a vacuum cleaner almost one month back & i had called the customer care for an installation demo and was told that someone from Eureka Forbes will visit me within 48 hrs to give a demo. No one has visited for the demo inspite of repeated reminders.
This behaviour is not warranted from a reputed company.

& anthore 1555 rupees ka balance instalments & he offer me discont of 500 rupees
he is commitmetment me i will gve u best service after clearing of my cheques i got delivery after 12 days
fiting of aquaguard after more 4 days
he take my emi of 1555 without my intimation bank detuct my instalment he taken pdc cheques without date
& after that i have call him he didnt picked my call & when he picked my call he says me i will refond you 1555+500
& aafter 15 days i called him but he refuse to pickup my call & any girl pick up this call & she tels me he is in meeting
now i decided that these wrong practice done through high level of eurka forbes i m going to consumer forum

This is to bring to notice of Eureka Forbes Management that:
1. Accessory/ mounted stand provided with 'N F RO water filter', purchased on 07.07.08 vide receipt No 057761 is defective as it is titled one instead of horizontal.
2. AMC was taken from ‘Yogesh Enterprise’ for the period 17.11.2009 to 16.11.2010, Sakinaka vide receipt No. 45/ 20137269 but it is very disgusting they have provided only two free services instead of four that too after lot of follow up.
3. Permanent customer code: 1004948626, complaint No. 59789094 of breakage of tap knob is yet to attended. Even the agency mentioned above at point No. 2 for AMC is yet to take any concrete action.
Request to improve your services and working.

CHEATEING DONE BY EURECA forbs A sales person came in my house and requsted to buy a vacum cleaner ace , i paid mony by cheque. He suppliied vaccum cleanar with out giving me a receipt . Now the unit had stopped working product is under gaurenty . I have complaint many times to local costemer center but no body is lisling, mony alredy has been deduted from my account.
