Hello,
Yesterday, I tried to purchase CIBIL report from CIBIL's official website I filled the required form online and after successful payment of 470 INR, it took me to the assessment page where the web browser hanged. The money was deducted from my account and there is no FAQ on CIBIL's website to address such issue. I called at their customer care number but as expected no response. I am in the middle of no where to get the report. Please help me in resolving this issue with CIBIL.
