Sub: Complaint against Ambika Packers & Logistics, Gurgaon [Address: Palam Vihar Road, Near Sector-5 Chowk, Ashok Vihar Phase-II, Gurgaon (Haryana) Mr Rajat Phone: 97173 9483, Phone: 93100 59483, 0124-3229483.

I would like to inform you that as and register a complaints in writing against Mr Rajat Sharma of AMBIKA PACKERS AND LOGISTICS Gurgaon who has picked up my house hold materials form my Delhi house on last 2nd March 2012 and He suppose to deliver at my door at Bangalore house on or before 8th March 2012. As today we are sitting on 6th April 2012 but still he is not delivering my materials as per his commitments.

For the same i send an email and FAX complaint to register FIR against Mr Rajat of AMBIKA PACKERS AND LOGISTICS to DCP West and CP Gurgaon Haryana on email ID and CP office fax number on last 24th March 2012 and Fax sent by me on last 26th March 2012 and the same complaint reached at Gurgaon Sec 5 Police station on last 28th March 2012 and Mr Manjeet Singh i think he is handling my complaint [As per Sec 5 Gurgaon Police Station] but as on date there is no information with as they have taken any action on this from police as i am facing more problems due to this here at Bangalore so i need your help in this please.

Now they are threating to me and harashing me.
Now that Mr Rajat AMBIKA PACKERS AND LOGISTICS who has picked my house hold materials from my Delhi house saying DOOR to DOOR and they suppose to deliver the materials at My Bangalore house before 8th March 12 but till the date not delivered and now they are blackmailing to me and therating to me if i can not pay the balance 10k [Which i suppose to pay them after delivery of and verifications of packing list materials at my door] plus another 4k in advance to them they will dispose my all house hold materials. Also they are telling me to pick the materials from their local godawon by private transporter. That means i need to pay near about 14k to them and again i need to pick the materials from their godawon using private truck for that again near about 4k expense. Also if any materials missed / misplaced / broken / damage then they will not take any responsibility. As per the discussions and finalized for 30,225/- for all materials and i paid them cash 20,000/- on 2nd march during they picked up my materials from my house and they told me to pay balance Rs 10,000/- afater receipt and verifications of my house hold materials at my door in Bangalore. They clearly told me as they will deliver my materials at my Bangalore house and based on that i booked my materials thru them now they are harrashing me.

I have all the bills, cash receipts and the packing lists are with me of AMBIKA PACKERS AND LOGISTICS which they given to me during picking of the materials from my delhi house on last 2nd March 2012.

So i am requesting you all please help me in this,
