If you really need proof for late payments, i have all the e-mail chains from Sudha Moola asking for advance payments and receipts with dates where we had paid 90% of amount with out any work being done and infact loads of SMS from her .
So not to mention about torture and harrassment by us.., why are you guys not mentioing about the world class designer sofa, dining table, hob, chimney, designer chairs, texture paints that was part of the agreement ? So if you really want to get in to proof game, we are there with all the proof. Dont fool people by showing the incomplete flat with lights ON, even for the lights to work, we had to pay electrician from our hand, for the painting to be complete, we had to pay the person.

So people around, you wish to believe or not , its up to you all. We had very bad experience from them, i will stand with the same , coz thats what happened.

This is to share my experience with those useless, unprofessional ****&/$s. I engaged them for constucting a new house at Pragathi Resorts in Hyderabad after seeing them on TV, ETV2. They said it would cost Rs.2500 per sft and it includes everything, -- construction, furnishings and furniture. After couple of discussions over a three month period, they quoted from 65 lacs , then made it 90 lacs for no reason and then brought it down to 78 lacs.

They took Rs, 3 lacs , 5 thousand (3,05,000) from me and just gave me two jpegs -- one with a layout of house and the other one is an elevation diagram. I got suspicious with their behaviour as they were asking 25 lacs as soon as the agreement is signed. Also they were just asking money without any work and they dont have any professional knowledge. They didnt know how to give a detailed report of the work plan , but they were cunning enough to put the payment plan which proposed to pay more than 90% of the money after 30% of work and the remaining 10% of the money need to be paid for the rest 40% of the work. I was supposed to sign an agreement for 78 lacs and luckily I found another house near Pragathi villas -- called Windsor Homes from Subishi Group. When I went inside the community I was shocked -- shocked for the reason because the elevation diagram that Sudha Moola and Swapna, (who works with her) provided is an exactttt replica including the pillars and other embellishments of the elevation.

They couldnt even provide an original art of wok or design.


Only God saved me from not signing the agreement and I mean it. Had I signed the agreement, I would have landed in all sorts of troubles. When I asked them to give my money back, Sudha said, the work they have done is equivalent to the amount of money I paid. All they have done is provide me with two jpegs and 4 discussions/negotiations. I even asked to deduct whatever their fees for drawing the two diagrams, she said she had given some money to Labours and used up all the money and she cant give back the money, nor can she do any work for my existing house or the new house which I am purchasing.


Guys, can you believe an amount of Rs.3,00,000 for two jpegs that too for a copied elevation ?? What else can be worse than this ? I feel ashamed of myself that I have fallen prey to those sweet words and show offs. I am determined to teach them a lesson and I request if anyof you have fallen prey to this INWAY INTERIRORS Company, please get in touch with me. Actually I remember they had changed their company name, earlier it was Cozy Interiors and they may had cheated enough folks that they had changed the name.
