    Hi Sir/Madam,

    My complain is against DINING PLUS for requesting payment of INR 5499.00 from my credit card department(HDFC Bank) without my consent.

    I have received a call on 25th July 2012 2:30 PM from dining plus (+911204736800 Executive name: Mr. Sameer Sharma) for a free discount card. Initially I denied it, but after a no. of requests I approved it, after asking many times they will not chrarge any amount & on assurance that there is no fees or charges associated with it.Later on, they connected me on IVR & said this is only your card confirmation and through complete process then I'll get an SMS on mobile that Thank you for using your HDFC Bank Credit for making payment 5499.00 at IVR Dining Plus.Same time I asked to representative how did you deduct the money without my permission, he started to convince me Sir, this is not such a big amount you cn pay in one year even you may ask to your bank to convert this amount is EMI, see another side you will get 20% discount also bla, bla..... . But this case is related to cheating because after connecting to IVR his representative was continue interrupting to me with own words like Sir 1 press kijiye, Sir 2 press kijiye (Press 1, Press2, Pres 5499) I asked that representative and same time clearly said to him I'll not receive any courier from your side and even will not pay Rs.5499.0/- and I had called to my bank informed about this incident and advised that please fill CDF form so that we will not proceed for transaction .
    Later on, I also I received the call (+91-120-4809300) from Dining Plus for order confirmation I said please do not send any gift or card on that address I'll not rceieve any cnsignement from you. He was arguing like but, why Sir! this is benefecial for you na...
    I asked, you people giving this card by cheating and I'll file case against you in consumer forum then he was saying Sir many complaints are there agianst Vodafone, Airtel, Reliance it doesn't mean they are fraud.

    I request to forum please take this case as serious because and prevent such a fraud.

    My Name is Ramchandra K (Cell No 99922422080)

    Today i got the call from +911408941450 & +911409491068 regrding Dinning Plus card and they asked for my ICICI Credit Card details for verification and they never said
    any payment details and showing some great offers.

    They have told me that the just confirm this card number with my bank, But they have made transaction of rs. 5499 without my consent,

    Please help me top come out of this

    Sir,

    I received call on 20 July 2012 at 5:00 am my mobile from Dining Plus company Executive Name no Idea telling as per survey made on credit card users and their payment records your name has been selected and asked my credit crad no., name on card, date of expiry and explained about their offers. without mentioning any payment details. on same day I received SMS regarding Rs.5499/-were charged for payment against Dining Plus.I am a HDFC card user & shocked of such a kind of ways of cheating used and that too with HDFC card. I am surprised that how HDFC Card authenticated the payment.

    Anyhow I want my money back.

    Please see that the amount of Rs. 5499.00 is credited to my account

    Default Refund RS.6999 for dining plus gold card.

    I had a call on 23.05.2012 on my mobile 9441160715 from +911147971000 .The person told that we will provide you a discount card free of cost and send you some gifts and travel vouchers for holiday package .We will not charge anything from you .You tell your sbicard number and expiry date for registration.
    But today I received a sms from showing therein dear customer your account has been charged with inr.6999 for dining plus gold card.
    They have tried to cheat/Fraud with me. The amount has been debited from my sbi card account today.
    When contacted to sbi card customer care they told the amount has not been settled please forward the message to sbi card even the amount has not been debited

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My name is R Ravi cell no.9881158290 from Goa

    I received a call on 14.06.2012 from one Mr.Ramakrisha from Dining Plus and was offered a Dining Plus card free of cost. In the evening i was called again just to verify my credit card no and was informed that no charges will be swiped. However, i got the shock of my life seeing a debit in my credit card statement.

    When i requested for reversal, i was told that nothing could be done and i will be sent gifts worth something with free voucher coupons. But till date there is no sign of the same.

    I even contacted one Mr.Prabhal Kumar on 011- 45738500 somewhere on 12.07.2012 and was assured that the gifts will be couriered urgently. But till date there is no sign of the same.

    Now, i am really worried that my amount of Rs.5499/- which was debited will not be received.

    Please help me on the matter. My mobile no.9881158290.

    Angry Complain against Dining plus

    Hello,

    My Name is Mushtaque Farooque, i also faced same problem someday before.

    I got a call on 28th july 2012 from dining plus, initially i have not given any response to them. But they have followup 3-4 times and showing some great offers to worth about 20% Discount on all Shoping, and then they have taken my HDFC Back Credit Card number just for verification. They have told me that the just confirm this card number with my bank, But they have made transaction of rs. 5499.This is really a big fraud company. How to take stick action against this company ?

    I think we should make a police complain.

Later in the evening I got an SMS that mentioned adjustment of INR 5499 in my credit card bill (Note that the person had asked me for my credit card no. and assured me that this just for verification purpose).

    Not use dining plus card due to i am staying in Ponda-Goa,
    Discount benifit not available.
    Your officer says first time

    2 days holidays pack (two time) absolutely free anywhere

    also partner machent said this card not swap

    So, return my money

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My complain is against DINING PLUS for debiting amount of INR 5499.00 from my credit card (ICICI BANK)) without my consent.

    11th Aug. 2012, I received a call on my cell phone at 02:00 PM from Dining Plus thru phone number +911408941500 & the executive for a free discount card & mentioning that they are ICICI BANK Card associate and are calling on behalf of SBI Card. Initially I denied it, but after a no. of requests I approved it, on assurance that there are no fees or charges associated with it. Further he asked my credit card number as well as @@@ number for verification. At 02:30 PM I got an Call from ICICI BANK Credit Card that – Transaction of Rs. 5,499.00 made on ICICI BANK Credit Card for Dining Plus. It was a shock for me as I have not given my consent.

    I called ICICI BANK credit card help line and they informed there are many complaints against Dining Plus. I have to block my card immediately and made a request to mark this transaction as a dispute.

    I called on the same phone number +911408941500 more than 50 times but it was always busy or it showed wrong number.

    Further I again got a call from +911409303998 at 02:40 PM which I could not attend as was busy in a meeting. Subsequently at 02:50 PM again they called thru phone number +911408941500 which I attended and asked them why they have drawn Rs. 5499.00 without my consent. The executive assured me that he'll listen to the call recording and if the payment request is not in the call they will reverse the payment. But there has been no response till now.
    On searching web I found thousands of similar complaints, but I don’t know what action has been taken against Dining Plus. They are still fooling so many people and harassing them.

    The immediate solution I’m thinking of is to file a FIR against Dining Plus with a hope they might be able to crack this fraudulent business.

    Kindly provide some other solution also.

    Default cheated by dining plus, a credit card fraud

    on 17 the august I got a call from dining plus the caller told me
    1. he is speaking from ICICI bank and is regarding my 2 icici bank cards 4629 xxxx 4015 and 4132 xxxx 7001
    2. he offered me that ICICI bank is giving free dining plus cards to its customers on the basis of their card usage which shall entitle 20% disc on dining and 5% on other
    3. there shall be no charges for issuance and any recurring what so ever, this is a free card for all ICICI credit card holders.
    4. he asked me for OTP pin which I received on my phone , one that I never asked for to the bank but got on my mobile, I told him that it is required for a payment he told that it shall be only for verification, no amount shall be charged, so I gave the OTP on phone not IVR and no amount was disclosed as done in case of IVR transactions.
    5. later I got message from bank that my both the cards are charged for Rs.5499 each
    6. I immediately on 17 aug and 18 aug 2012 called customer care 0124 6462442 asking that I don’t want the cards @ Rs.5499, and to cancell the transactions and not to settle the transactions and not to charge ant amount to my card and not to send me any vouchers or card
    7. he told me that the request has been generated and I shall be contacted by customer care
    8. no call has been received so far and the amounts of Rs 5499 have been charged to each of my 2 cards
    please refund back the amounts immediately, I DO NOT WANT ANY SUCH CARD AND DID NOT AUTHORISE PAYMENT OF SUCH AMOUNTS

    I am holding the SBI credit card for the past many years. For the past 3 days, I had a frequent calls at many times during the day to my mobile number 94134-17650 and asked my name. However, I was at my work place, number +911408941450 calling a person infoming that he was calling from SBI Credit Card Team and my name was selected by them for an attractive scheme of offers (1) I could stay free for 3days/3ninghts in many hotels in India and many countries to be valid for 9 months. No payment is required to be made to any person there in the Hotel (2) While the Stay in the hotel, I would be reimbursed for 2 days towards meals, breakfast, Mineral Water, Coldrinks etd. which I was supposed to spend either in the hotel or even anywhere outside the hotel too. (3) I would be send a free Gift of Rebock worth Rs.2500 and (4) I would be entitled to get discounts on the purchases at many merchandise across India from 5% to 30% upto 12 months. After completing the call by the person,they told me that they will not going to charge for this. But after completing the call I have got the message that Rs. 5499/- has debited on my sbi card for this scheme. On my desire to confirm to his offer next day, he dined it and infomed me that the offer was for only a few selected SBI card holders and it was required to make the payment online at the same time. He then, told me that I would receive a SMS from the SBI informing One Time Password for online transaction. During the talk on my modbile phone, I immediately received a SMS from LM-SBICD on my mobile mentiinoing One Time Password. Though, I wonder, how could I receive a password when I have not requested through my mobile which is registered to SBI Credit Card. I am of the opinion that the OTP is being sent through SMS only upon request received from a registered mobile number and not by third party. However, this thougt come to my mind after I made a payment of of Rs 5499/- by using the OTP. I immedeiately got a SMS from LM-SBICD confirming to have made the payment of Rs.5499/- After making payment, I tried to search through web and found that there are many victims like me who have posted their complaint through this website. After that i checked the validity of that Dining Plus company in internet and i found that most of the people are become victims like me. Please do the needful and make necessary legal actions on them.. In view of the above, I humbly request you to kindly interven the matter and help to get my money back.

However, I was at my home, number +911408941450 calling a person infoming that he was calling from credit card team and my name was selected by them for an attractive scheme of offers (1) I could stay free for 3days/3nights in many hotels in india and many countries to be valid for 9 months.     Now it is concluded that dinining plus is big fraud company and they cheat customer by miss guiding them. I would request consumer court to lodge my complaint and take appropriate action against dinining plus and get my money back to credit card.

    I have received a call on 20th August 2012 from dining plus (+911204736800 & +911204835550, Executive name: Narendra) for a free discount card. Initially I denied it, but after a no. of requests I approved it, on assurance that there is no fees or charges associated with it. Later in the evening I got an SMS (from LM-644092)that mentioned adjustment of INR 5499 in my credit card bill (Note that the person had asked me for my credit card no. and assured me that this just for verification purpose). I spoke to my credit card customer care (HDFC BANK) and they told me that they have not received any payment request from dining plus, its reflecting on after two days.

    So I need my amount reversal from them DINING PLUS.

    Default credit card payment taken by cheating

    Sir/Madam,

    this is regarding a call which I had received on 31-aug-2012 evening from dining plus india. Through out the call, person on the other side (dining plus call center staff) discussed about a benefits card on top of my existing ICICI bank credit card which is totally free of cost for one complete year. During the call, the support person took me through ivr process saying it's only for verification purpose to check if they have reached out to the correct card holder. Then within couple of minutes I got a text msg on my cell saying rs 5499/- Is deducted from my credit card account toward merchant "ivrdiningplus". On further enquiry regarding the same, the phone was disconnected abruptly.

    I hereby request you to help me in reverting the fradulant transaction that has happened without my approval and consent.

    I have alr Please suggest my next course of action as I desperately want my money back.
