Unprofessional behavior of Authentic Pest Control I had taken a bedbug treatment with one year guarantee from Authentic Pest Control, Pune on 23rd Sep 2011 but within a week of taking the treatment the bedbugs reappeared in the house near Magarpatta City. We called the agency immediately but they said that the remaining insects will vanish in a couple of weeks. Instead of getting any relief the problem started increasing day by day and we kept calling them again and again. The problem is on its peak since last one month now. I have been calling them everyday with multiple times, everytime they give me a new time but none of them ever turned up at my house till now. Now as soon as I call them they immediately disconnect my call and not even ready to talk to me. Even if sometimes they receive the call just because I wont give up they are extremely rude and not provide any service. I am looking forward to this forum to help me deal with this completely unprofessional behavior of agency. Thanks.

Hi,
After your intervention, yesterday I got the service from Auhentic Pest Control and this time for the first time I could see some positive results with several bedbugs found dead in morning. Still I can see some live insects but then I got a call from the agent and he said within 10-12 days the problem will be eradicated completely. Thanks to this Forum who have followed this so religiously and thanks to the Authentic Pest Control Agency for providing the seemingly effective service this time. Hopefully the problem will get resolved this time.

Unprofessional behavior of Authentic Pest Control-pune- same problem i faced
details-very very Bad- i told detailed problem after pest control, i also wait for 1 week, but insects in kitchen-was same as previous ,before pest control.i call agency more than 30-times -i always got answer yes our person is coming, we are sending him ,
i also postponed few of my task-so it will be convenient to send their person,
Mr. sanjay pawar and other attendant gives same answer-disgusting Very bad response-,they say they give 1yr guarantee.They use local things,if i ask them,tehy say its effective.I did herbal pest control on 30-june-2012, till date tehy have not send any person after calling several times.
i hope i will get resolution of problem ,

Awful Customer Service - Authentic Pest Control, Pune : Feedback from a disgruntled customer Dear Authentic Pest Control,
I reside in Vishrantwadi Pune. I had availed your services for the pest control in the 1 BHK apartment as soon as I moved into my apartment on 10 July 2012.
The Bill number is 8885. If you want a scanned copy of the receipt, let me know. I can send that in too.
Here is the sequence of events that followed after the pest control was done:
1. The cockroaches came back. There was barely any effect of the pest control done. The situation was as bad as before. We waited patiently for 10 days, thinking that we should probably give the applied pest control paste some time to work. Even after 10 days, there was no improvement at all in the situation.
2. At this point, my mother called up the number on the receipt and requested them to re-do whatever’s required. The gentleman who answered the phone said that a person from your office will come on Saturday at 12 noon to re-do the procedure.
3. On Saturday, when I called at 12:30 noon to enquire why no one has been sent so far. The gentleman who picked up the phone was very ill-mannered and spoke very rudely. He said and I quote :
Call lene wala aaya nahin hai, mai kya karun? Mere 3000 ke kaam pending pade hue hai, app abhi ruko. Behes mat karo!
So as I understand from this – a job for Rs 3000 bucks is more important for Autentic Pest Control than a R500 job. Customer importance is linked to the amount of money associated with the job? Basically because my house was a Rs 500 or whatever job, you placed less importance to it?
Secondly, this rude gentleman also informed me that – we don’t even take any re-do jobs on the weekends. So what – was I lying to him? I was merely quoting whatever had been confirmed to us.
Then he proceeded to happily cut the call.
3. Looks like customer satisfaction from Authentic Pest Control is the sole responsibility of the customer. First of all, the product you used to “control” was ineffective and I paid money for it. Secondly, it seems that getting the right service out of you has become my job, my responsibility.
4. I then called your office again hoping that someone sensible will pick up the phone. Someone by the name Mrs Pawar did pick up the phone and reassured me that a person will be sent on Monday [16 July] at 7 PM.
I am still waiting for that person to come. It has been over a month since then. No calls to explain the delay, no follow-ups.
I am tired of following up with people at your office. The whole operation seems to be utterly ineffective – in terms of the product you use and the customer service. Customer service in your terms is probably an oxymoron. The words contradict each other. You have customers but don’t seem to be providing any service at all. Or should I say, service will be provided only accordingly to the money value of the order.
I now would want either of the two things to happen;
I hope after reading this mail, someone will care enough to respond and actually follow-up with me to come and re-do the job done ineffectively.
Refund the initial amount back. If there is an equal number of cockroaches before and after your service – what’s the point of your job and payment?
I am a working professional and really don't have time to indulge in writing such long mails to get a refund of some money. Obviously I would prefer it if you come and finish the job undone.

Unaunthentic service ..please dont use this pest control service. it's pathetic Hi,
I had real bad experience from authentic pest control. They mention that pest control has 1yr guarantee but once they take your money they dont bother to your calls to visit again.. the contact no. they mention has some real rude and arrogant person sitting on other side of phone. they didnt come even if you call them 2-3 times.. Only assurance has given that our person will come and visit you... i would really advise not to use this AUTHENTIC PEST control service since this is UNAUTHENTIC and we should really avoid them and teach them a lesson
