Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to lodge a complaint against Super Star Packers & Movers, Chinchwad, Pune.

I have shifted my household goods from mundhwa, Pune to Odisha (Door to Door delivery)on 21st December 2011 with bill no.1229 and Consignment note no.1169 .They told within 7 days goods will reach the destination.

Before shifting goods they talked with me very sweet voice that we know how essential household goods? and our packing is very good.We are giving guarantee within 7 days goods are delivered.But all their words are purely False.
Goods include LCD TV,Grinder,Gas stove,Kitchen Utensils,Table,chair,Hindustan Pure it,Mattress,clothes,Trolly etc..(approx.Rs.45000/-[goods value+transport charges]).
I paid them the whole amount for transporting and now they are behaving like hell.They are not picking the phone after calling 50 times.

But sorry to say I did not get goods till now (after 52 days). When trying to call they are not picking the phone after calling 70 times per day and most of times mobiles are switched off.Some times if picking telling goods will reach after 4-5 days. then after 4-5 days telling again 2-3 days.When tried again after2-3days they are telling we cannot say when goods are delivered ?saying we let you know after discussing with Driver .But sorry to say neither received a single phone call nor a SMS from them.

Thereafter, they stopped picking up our phone and if we use other phone lines, they picked up but just cut our line. So it has become difficult to contact them. They never contacted me a single time after 51 days.
