Dear Sir / Madam,

I participated in 100 best buy product for that they charged Rs. 99 through online after few days i received a call from them & the person informed me that I did not won the contest but they are offering me Sony Ipod worth Rs. 3999 alongwith Reebok (Cantura I19660) fully Steel Body Watch worth Rs. 8999 Total Rs. 12998 & also told me that I just need to pay Rs. 1064 on delivery & if I found the same in not as per my order I may replace the same & got my full amt back. When I opened the packet I found Ipod was not Sony & Watch was not Reebok Centura the both items was Local Quality & when I called their CCE they cut the phone without listen my problem. I have recording of Full Conversion of above if anyone wants to listen. I have already sent many mails to their all mail Ids but till date no reply from their side. You may also check the your website where many mail regarding the same is available.

I request you to please take necessary action to solve the matter at the earliest.

as per your problem you have to make wait for some days they may be delivered wrong product by mistake .you again try once sir surly they do replies you do mail or make call .100bestbuy.com has really improved the service in terms of delivery. The service quality has really improved than what was provided few months ago.
The website layout has also improved from the previous layout, although i think there is a lot of scope for improvement when compared to other online shopping sites.
Hope they service quality will always be maintained.
