Sir, I am a working women with a kid and I recently got job and just then i thought i will book a baby care taker from agency and my mom can handle the rest of the stuff easily. I went through just dial for my requirement of house maid and i got calls from some agencies. I went through the things of running to visit and then one agency from bomahalli called Noble sevices called and asked me they have maid of 18 years and i agreed and told them to bring and one guy called prasad got her. He never allowed the girl to talk to me much as he said she is got ascent problem. And he was explaining the girl what ever I wanted to ask her. Finally i agreed to say ok with the girl she was silent and not much talkative. I paid him five thousands and took the girl after he left. She started acting like a mentally challenge girl. I thought may be she is villager that is why not much exposed but that night i did not sleep she start acting very badly by doing all acts of mental people and then i was scared to keep my baby with her she gave chocolate to my 1o months baby with wrapper and he was about to sallow i caught it. Next day morning she got up and removed her wrist watch opened and gave the cell to play and he was putting in his mouth. Finally i caught her. I went to work and came to know from mom she had done lots of things like this the whole day. Then i called the agency back and told venkatesh who is owner of agency but he said keep the girl for two days i will give you replacement then finally on sunday the girl started crying for going home and then finally i went and left her and he promised to give replacement with two days. but till date when ever i call he tells me i am traffic cannot talk this and that. I dont know what to do. I am middle class girl trying to get help and work to bring up finance for my baby's future in this situation i cannot lose five thounsand. Please help me! also paid 300 hundred Rs. to the girl also as agency said her mother has expired after we went he informed this so me and my husband gave three hundred Rs. please help me! I also have all proofs girl photo and guys photo who left her and went. plus i have all recording of conversations, bills and every proofs
