I have sent a courier(Consignment No:A81336733) consists of 1900Rs Ederned Coupons Ederned Re-validation team to change the expiry date of the coupons.They were expired on December 2011 and Ederned team asked me to send the coupons to them before January 2012 for re-validation.I couriered them through firstflight courier on 25th January and as per first flight courier tracking it was reached Ederned on 27th January.But when i check with Ederned they told me that they havent received any courier.I have called First flight courier customer care on 022-39444444 five times.Each time when i call them they took my mail id and told me that they will send the scanned copy of Company Seal and Stamp they took while delivering the courier to Ederned.But i havent received any mail from First Flight.I have also sent so many mails to FirstFlight but i didnt got any response.Even i have called Ederned to check again but i didnt got any response from Ederned also.Please kindly let me what should i do now.
