Hi,

I ordered a New Black berry storm 9530 mobile in best value mart in the month of November 2011 which was charged Rs: 9200/-. as they failed to deliver a new handset, instead i received a 2nd hand piece 3 times. After my discussion with them they are willing to re-fund the amount saying that they will send a repaired handset with 1 year warranty.

I dont understand whats the point in taking the 2nd hand piece for no use.

Hi,

I placed an order for BlackBerry Storm 9530 in best value mart as i was not able to find this handset in the market. but the problem is i received an OLD Handset of blackberry storm, later i called on the contact No. 9718997398 provided by your organization. the concerned person told me that it was by mistake so i need to re-send the same product (Blackberry storm) back to you through first flight couriers Ltd with money from my own pocket that costed me Rs:175 which i have attached in the mail. i received the product again on 25th Nov' 2011 and the worst thing is it was the same old handset. so i contacted the concern person again, and he says it was sent my 3rd party which sent it and he will look into it. So, now i will be sending this useless handset back to you people again. i would kindly request to you people to take this into consideration seriously. hope you nor me would be interested in wasting time and money in things like this. find the details below of the Order.
