I hope my complain would be treated as urgent & would be rectified on Priority.

I made an online shopping through Shoppers Stop but I was shocked when I got the delievery as the Product was completey different from what I had ordered. When I call them up, I was told that first I need to resend the product through courier (as they will not provide the reverse Pickup facility) then they will do the quality check of it & then only they will dispact the original product that I have order.

I requested them that I dispact the product and assured that I will courier the wrong product and will also communicate the POD details but they didn't agree.

My concern is I have made the advance payment for the product then why I am penalized as this is Shoppers Stop mistake that they have deliever the wrong product. They should arrange the reverse pick up.

I have already send the product back and would shorty update them with POD but request them to kindly deliver the product on priority otherwise refund my money immidiately.
