    Unhappy complaint against IGL(PNG) service



    i have applied for I.G.L.(PNG) connection on 9.7.11 vide b.p. no.-7000031020 and was verbally given a time frame of 3months. but nothing happend.Then i called there customer care they gave me 10 days period which kept on increasing till 7th jan.12.some people came and provided a pipeline. On 15th when there technecian came to provide final connectivity, to my utter dismay he said all of the design is wrong we have to re-route the pipes. This is rediculouse after so much of harrasment in providing line after 6 months.they want to spoil my whole kitchen tiles. what kind of service is this? . there customer care do's nothing. they never reply to my email even.

    Default IGL Gas Connection Delayed

    I have applied for IGL Gas connection in Aug 2011 and still didn't get the connection at my home. I called up the customer care so many times but no results. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

    Hi,

    My IGL (PNG) complaint# onm2012202710

    It’s been more than 30 days; I have requested IGL to correct illegal connection given from my house to other house without any NOC taken from me. But there is no corrective measure taken by IGL. More surprising there is no acknowledgement of my emails.

    I have written to their chairman, instead of taking corrective action; my email id is barred from their mail exchange server i.e. I got automatic delivery failure notice for my second mail to their chairman. This is certainly unacceptable on chairman's part. How many email id's they can block?? cheap practice ...instead they should improve their process and expedite resolution.

    Please let me know how can I get this resolved by IGL.

    Dear Sir,
    My earlier gas consumption before PNG was 15 kg (LPG) /Month. Now my PNG bill show avg. 30 (SCM)/month it is a 100% jump . So you are kindly request to take necessary step to change of meter.

    Subject : Connection of PNG at my residence Flat No. 976, Akshar Dham Apartment,
    Sector -19, Pocket-3, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075.

    Dear Sir,

    This refer to my letter dated 1.9.11 sent to you by DTDC Courier on dated 1.9.11 regarding the above subject matter but I have not received your reply from your side.
    I am very sorry to say you that no PNG connection was installed at my above subject address since last 21 months in spite of my various follow-up with customer care department through telephone, e-mail and even my personal visit to your office at Bhika Ji Cama Place and sector-9, R K Puram office.

    I have deposited the Cheque No. 832201 dated 30.1.10 for Rs.6,000/- vide your receipt no. 1817 dated 2.2.10 and registration no. 617267 and BP No. 4000080275 which was cleared from my account dated 3.5.10 but till date no connection was installed at my residence.

    I have complained hundreds of time to customer care but no action was taken beside false assurance on installation of connection. I have lodged complaint with Reference ID : PRJ201143956 dated 14.7. 11 and received the SMS on dated 27.7.11 the your complaint is closed successfully without taking any action. I have again lodged complaint with Reference No. PRJ201172321 dated 14.9.11 and the same SMS received on dated 23.9.11 that your complaint closed successfully without taking any action. This is really the act of same full.

    I hope that you will look into the matter and take action for installation of PNG connection at residence and oblige me.

    Default Non provision of line

    Sir , i have deposited the connection money for my house no 92 tarun enclave ,pitampura delhi 34 on june 2010 but since then no connectivity to png have been provided to my home. I would like to know the reason of its delay and whether it would be done or not in near future and on what specific date. Please do needful in this regard. I think company has been slept after taking money worth rs 12000/- for two connection to my premises.
