I had ordered a Video Game at Timtara.com on 1st Jan' 2012. Details are as under. as per their agreement it should reach in 8-10 days. Till date order is not delievered neither they are telling the status. I have paid by credit card so the money is with them but now i am not getting the product. Please help me to resolve the complaint with Timtara as I have doubts about the credibility of this site. None of their contacts nos are responding. Only one mail id of Customerfirst @timtara.com is available and that too is not replying.
