I am a ex-serviceman from army. My No 6393308F E-Hav Vyas Hiren Kumar. Now I am retired from army with effect from 01 Feb 2012 (Locally discharge from army). My account office is PAO (ORs) ASC (South) Bangalore and my pension office is PCDA, Allahabad. Till date I am not received any pension from PCDA Allahabad or other maturity benefits (like AFFPP Fund, Leave encasement, AGI and CEA) from PAO (ORs) ASC (South) Bangalore of the army. Please help me out to release the above amount at the earliest.

I am transferred from 40 coy asc to 60 coy asc on 17th nov 2011,
but iam receiving my pay sleep from 40 coy asc for long period,and not included my class i grade,that is my financial problems, in this time iam posted in 60 coy but my ca is not included in my act and transfer grant, may i request you please take proper action.

I am ex Hav/Clerk Bhogle BJ retired from Army on 31 Jan 2012 after completion of 24 years of service. As on 31 Jan 2012 I had been paid on account of leave accumulation as per old dearness allowance. I am authorised the new Dearness Allowance increased from 01 Jan 2012 i.e. 65%, on that basis my arrears of 10 months (300 days) accumulation leave and one month pay of Jan 2012 required to be pay by the PAO (OR) ASC Bangalore. But till date no any intimation about this. Please do the needful to pass the arrears at the earliest.

Cmfaa wef 08 feb 12 has been granted @958/- per month instead of rs. 3500/- . Request credit the balance amount to my irla.

Sir I was awarded "Sever reprimanded reduced to lower grade of pay for one year and 14 days pay fine on 19 May 2009 at ASC Centre & Collage".
I have passed CL-I vide ASC Records (S) Corps order No 0/0680/0017/98.
Now the period of Sever reprimanded reduced to lower grade of pay for one year has been completed on 20 May 2010 but still my CL-I pay has not been adjusted in my IRLA till.
You are requested to adjust the same as earliest please.

1. Kindly refer to pao (or) asc (south) letter ne/ii/jc641862 dated 19 july 2012.

2. Even after passing two months i have not received my refund that is rs 37,800/- despite reminder dt 29 aug 2012. Pao (or) asc (south) vide their letter under ref has already issued tender memo. Kindly look into the case for early remittance.
