Hi, It's almost 5-6 weeks and still I didn't receive the pendrive. No response for my complaints and no valid response for the tickets I've raised. Customer support people doesn't have any concern over the consumers. Talking without any updates and no useful info they provide. Still there is no commitment about the delivery & I've told to cancel my order and they are not canceling also..
