I ordered a PUMA sweater online on yebhi.com and I used a promotional discount of 50% which they were running. I received a mail confirming the status of my order booked at 50% discount. But after 3 days I received a message on my mobile regarding payment of full MRP of 1700Rs. I ordered through a cash on Delivery mode. I called their customer care then she told to forward their mail. But I didn,t got any revert back. After 2 days I called then one customer care associate said told me that it might have happened because of technical error and told me to pay the full amount and I will get back the refund.Today I called then the associate told that we don't apply this offer on Cash on Delivery as a policy and you have to pay the full amount. This policy was nowhere mentioned and the promotional got accepted and I received the mail confirming the same. Although I haven't got the order and I am planning to refuse this order but I am feeling cheated and lot of effort wasted and inconvenience was caused due to this. And all the associates gave the different reply and if I would have paid on the advice of the associate then I would have been cheated . The fact is that they are doing this openly and courageously without accepting their mistake and no reply to the complaint. So, please don't order from yebhi because you might be the next one.
