Complaint against the Ritu Wear Amritsar

Respected Sir,

This is regarding the misconduct of the employees of the RituWear Amritsar.I Purchased a Lip Liner of Revlon from RituWear Amritsar via a memo no.AS13/00088598 of dated 31/12/2011. The lip liner was damaged. On the next day when I tried to change the same the employees did not changed but miss behaved as well.Please take a suitable action against that.
