I have a complaint against Body Care, Crown Plaza, Faridabad. I had registered for weight-loss services in April2011. I had informed that I will start the services after sometime as my father-in-law was unwell and it was mutually agreed upon. However, due to the death of my Father-in Law, I had to discontinue my sessions in the middle. Till that time I had hardly taken four to five sessions. But when I approached them they simply refused that I should have given a written application. These people misguide us and convey only half the information. Though I have paid whole amount for the slimming course, I am unable to get slim-down services.
Please help me retrieve my slimming sessions. These people are asking for more money which I am not supposed to pay. They try every thing to grab as much money as possible from clients and as for services, there is not much weight loss till now.
Please help.
