I ordered cibil transunion score report on 3rd dec, 2011 at 1:02pm for rs. 450/- Online on their website paying by credit card. My cibil registration ID is s1211001275 & transaction ID is 283555916. I was supposed to receive the report in 4days from then but I have still not received my report. On 7th dec,2011 they sent me an email from noreply@cibil.Com saying "there is a slight delay in processing your request due to a technical issue at our end. Your cibil trans-union score report will be emailed within 7 business days." On 12th dec,2011 cibil sent me an email from service@cibil.Com which contained all junk characters instead of my report. When I complained about the email to cibil and asked them to send me the report they said they had already sent the report on 12th dec,2011 & refused to send it again. I called their customer care, emailed them a couple of times, but got the same response everytime that we have already sent you the report. As proof I have all email communications saved plus cibil order form and my credit card statement for money paid.
This is fraud, taking money from me for product/Service not delivered.
