    Angry ExpressIT couriers irresponsibility

    Hello,

    I have been sent a card by ICICI Bank via ExpressIT couriers dated 2-12-2011 dispatched on the same date from Mumbai to Calicut.It is 13-12-2011 today and i still have not received the card nor did anyone from the courier company contact me regarding the same.I was given an AWB number by the bank to track the courier status but the latest update is only on 6-12-2011 saying it has reached cochin and inbound to Calicut.I am sure it will never take 6 days for it to reach Calicut from Cochin.Tried calling customer care of the courier people but in vain.I was provided with few phone numbers saying they were of ExpressIt Calicut but all the numbers were either switched off or not reachable.I am getting frustrated here because of this kind of customer service from the company.

    Kindly take in my complain and help me

    Default Irresponsible activity by Express IT courier

    I booked 1 box of chocolate on 12/07/2012 from rediff shopping. On 14/07/2012 from rediff team, one sms came to my mobile informing that they already dispatched that through ExpressIT1 and tracking number is E172290941. but till date (20/07/2012) i haven't got that and no any contact made my courier or rediff team.
    Please help me and give me the solution.
