    Hi Consumer forum

    I, Pratik Moghe would like to log in complaint against Flipkart.com for messing up my recent deal done during the purchase of Nokia C2-03.
    I had bought this mobile online on 3rd Dec by doing 100% payment of 4800Rs through netbanking followed by a call communication with thier customer care to deliver the product latest by 7th Dec`11 in Dombivali(Mumbai). Till date I havent recieved the consignment despite of several followups on call with thier customer care. I am only getting false assurances from their end regarding the product delivery. I have fallen in thier trap after doing 100% payment and still not recieved the product. By this forum I would like to make each one aware to better think twice before dealing with flipkart.

    Iball sleeve for 15.6 inch laptop (black) bearing order no 8902968220167 is not stritched properly and open somewhere...please be change the item at the earliest

    Not work I call 15 times bat all time they hamne apka sms dal diya he lekin kabhi kehte he ki 5 din me refund Hoga to kabhi 2 din me hoga Me Bohot Pareshan Hu Ab tak mene Flepkart Ko 15 call kiye lekin koi Phayda nahi Huwa ab mere pass 4gb ddr ke 4 pic pade he jo mere kisi kaam ke nahi he .

    Angry Flipkart.com they won't deliver products on time if the product price is greater than 5000

    Hi

    I was informed by your courier partner BlueDart that my order through Flipkar.com cannot be processed unless the form16 is submitted. And they advised me to contact your customer support. Since then (9/05/2012), I have been keeping in touch with your customer support executives. And I was assured by your customer support executives that I will be able to collect my ordered product within 2 to 3 business days. So I waited till Saturday (12/05/2012).

    But I got a mail mentioning that there will be another delay of 2 to 3 days in delivery. And today (15/05/2012), I contacted the BlueDart and unfortunately they were telling that the issue of Form 16 was not resolved by Flipkart. I again contacted your customer support executive and I didn't get any clear picture about the delivery. They were simply bluffing that the issue of Form16 has been resolved from their side and I will be able to collect my ordered product within the next 2 to 3 business days.
    Later I got a call from customer support telling that I will be able to receive the goods withing 2 to 3 business days. Then I mentioned the problem of Form16. And now I got a mail to submit the form16 inorder to get my product delivered.

    I have gone through the document that which you had sent. It is a taxation rule for Kerala State amended in the year 2005. But I remember your customer support executives saying that this Form16 rule was newly introduced by Kerala State Govt and the Govt keep on changing these rules and that is why they were unaware about these issues.

    There is already a delay of six days. And you are asking me to fill up the form16 only after 12 days the order was given? This really indicates your bad responsibility.

    You have never mentioned in your web site about the submission of Form16 in any occasions. Customer purchases goods online, since they don't want to go to shops. But now you are telling me to submit the Form 16 to your outlet somewhere in Trivandrum. It is my responsibility to clear the Form 16 issue. Your have been in this field for some period and don't you even know the basic rule to deliver a product? Or else you should have mentioned this issuing of Form16 to your outlet. Your are keeping on changing your assurances. This comes under betrayal. It is my responsibility to submit form16 at your outlet and I don't have time to submit that. I don't have any idea about some of the fields mentioned in the form that which you have sent me. You have to clear it from your side.

    Hi,
    I had made a booking for a symphony Sumo Cooler online through flipkart on 26th of May 2012 & as I made the payment by credit card of Rs 8000 at the time of online purchasing.My order no. is OD20526141267.The delivery date given to me is on 1st June,2012.So after the due date I am following up on phone & via email to their customer care for the delivery of Symphony cooler but till date no output came out.Everytime they promise me that they are going to deliver this as soon as possible.So for me it is the worst experience.So request you to kindly help me in this case.

    Sir, I ordered 3 books of 9 August,2012. I paid money to online service. My order number is OD20809151732. But i not found books in present time. Please see it very seriously, because I am in ragular customer. I suffer now ,it's 1st time. Otherwise next time I will not purchase any things.

    My name is milind. I order to screen garde but dhis prodect is folti mi complete to dhis prodect 5 september. Cair say to Flipka say too mi refant. To day is 8 september every time say to mi vait to 48 hr. My complete no is 120906010778 this service provaider no refant bal every time say vait 48 hr.

    Default Printing mistake in delivered book.

    Main 5th of july ko aapse v.k.singhania ke book ka order diya tha. Or dilivery bhi time par hui,it's very nice.but jo book mujhe deliver hua hai usme kuch aisa chapter hai jisme page pura blank hai. Do page likha hua hai ,baki ka phir do page blank hai.ab plz ye mat boleyega ki delivery ke time hi aapko cheak karna tha kyonki koi ek ek page check nahi kar sakta. Mera nov. Me exam hai .aapko meri maadad karni hogi.

    Default Flipkart cheated me and is not returning my money .

    I had bought an Intel processor from Flipkart.com which was used . So when I submitted the proof that it was used , they sent me a replacement which did not work at all .
    So they said they will pick up the processors and pay me the refund in my bank account .
    They picked up the product on 10th September and their local warehouse is only 20 minutes away from my place .
    They took my bank details and promised to refund the amount on the 15th September . They did not pay on that date , when I called I was shocked to know they had not even initiated the process .
    On 15th September they had promised to pay in 5-6 business days but again they did not pay the amount . Now when I call today , one of their representatives told me what proof I had that returned the processors . I was shocked by this question , but fortunately I have every proof I have returned and they have received .
    They thought I was some fool but I have recorded every call and printed every e-mail sent by them .
    Now they are telling me that they will pay on 1st October because I gave the details on 24th i.e., today . This is the 3rd time they are lying to me and trying to cheat me .

    The first repesentative I had talked to : Darshan R .

    The second representative : Anita Shubhakar

    Today I talked to their senior exec : S Krishna .
    This senior told me he will solve the matter but now I have received a mail saying I will get the money a week later because I have given the details today .
    Non Sense .

    Unfortunately for them , I have all proof with me proving that they are at fault .

    I will request all of you to never buy from flipkart.com , they are a bunch of crooks , my Rs 15264 hangs in the balance , they are just not ready to pay any money back .

    I am soon going to file a police complaint in local police station , I am trying to know the proper procedure at the moment .

    the books are not handled properly and there are marks on each and every page as a result of this.when i asked the flipkart delivery person he said that i should mail them.i need a new set for those two books.i need them replaced immediately .i have supportive images for them . suprisingly only the book which costed merely 175rs was in good condition . these people are shameless people.they take full money and no worth of value.the books costed - 1128 rs.
