I am referring to VLCC HUBLI BRANCH ONLY..
they lied to me at various situations..
firstly they said that to transfer a package from one branch to another, 25% of amount will be deducted.. i was afraid that so much amount wil be deducted so i did not think of transferring, later on when i enquired about transferring, in Bangalore branch they said that no such deductions wil take place in case of transferring from one branch to another. Naturally i was shocked. anyhow I transferred my account to bangalore branch.
2] My mother had booked for slimming package by paying rs.1000, later on due to some reason she decided she'll not take the package, so rs.1000 is still with VLCC HUBLI BRANCH, they convinced us that we can use any beauty services for that thousand rupees.. so my mother took beauty services and later on they said it is booked for slimming so we cannot transfer.
when i asked about this via phone with the concerned person, she said we cannot transfer, and she gave the phone to the centre head, when i asked her the same, she simply said " we cannot transfer it from slimming to beauty, when i tried to tell her but u people convinced us earlier, she said ITS NO USE TALKING TO YOU AND SHE DISCONNECTED THE PHONE".
