Hi,

I have taken a Club Mahindra membership for a Blue Studio Apartment in Jan'11. However, I have decided to cancel the memership due to my personal reason. This is an unused membership and when I approached CM to cancel my membership, I was told that this is not possible. One has to cancel the membership within 10 days of applying. However, the terms and condition document was sent with the welcome kit and it was sent to me after 10 days of making the first down payment via cheque.

I have submitted my cancellation request with CM representative and later I was contacted by one of the retention manager who was not helpful in anyway to provide me with a proper solution.

I would like to cancel my membership and have my money returned back. This is unused membership and I dont wish to continue with it.
