I would like to inform you that I have placed an order online on 15th Oct' 2011 to StarCJAlive through their website and made online payment. There were two products in the same order one of which is delivered and second one is still pending. Though I have made several complaints to customer care(mail & voice calls both) no positive feedback or callback has been provided by them. Neither they are ready to refund the money nor they have any status of the product.

For your reference I have enclosed two mails which I have sent to STARCJ customer care ID and a confirmation mail sent by them when I placed the order.

I'll be thankful If you can provide any sort of help in this case.
