Respected Sir/Madam,

This is the regarding the issue I faced with ARTHA HEALTH OPTIONS PVT LTD.
The service or the way they are dealing with customers is totally unsatisfied or assumes to be fraud.

I had a very bad experience with them and thought you are the only one who could help me out on this.

I was said I will be provided Gold membership card with 2 years maturity and an amount of 3975 Rs would cost for the same. I agreed for that and went ahead to take the same.
They have taken 3975Rs from my credit card without signature.
Later on one or the other executive /manager calls up and ask me to pay the pending amounts 125000(one lakh twenty five thousand rupees).
This would be either through my credit card or cash.
I said i am not interested for that much big amount.He is thretening like we are having your credit card details and already we have taken 3975rs from your card and we will proceed for further amount,
and are telling they are tied up with Indian Medical association and are having rights to take money.
Honestly speaking it gave lot of mental pressure and frustration.
And finally he said that he is giving discount and final amount need to pay 40000rs if i pay now.And within 15 mins after conversation the executive came near to my house with swiping machine and swiped 40000/-. And after 3 or 4 days, again another executive called and is asking please pay the remaining amount.
Then i said that i am not interested and immediately called Citibank people and informed.Citibank has investigated and refunded the 3975/- as Artha is not having any proof.
But for 40000/-, i signed in slip so for this they are not refunded.
I agree that I have authorized and signed charged slips for above mentioned amount(40000/-), because there was no other option for me apart from doing so as they did not inform me the total amount that would cost me in initial stage and asking in intervals.
I have been requesting for refund for the same since close to six months but they are not agreeing to refund the amount and saying that I have signed charge slips.
But i have not utilized any of the services and even i have not received any single paper from Artha.
I agree that I have signed the charge slip, but the procedure that was followed was inappropriate on not mentioning clearly the total amount required for gold membership and asking for amount in installments.
Hence I requested for refund of the money and cancel the service.
They have sent the document and application saying that i have signed......but that signature and the details entered in the application is wrong and total fake signature.

RELIEF:
Please let me know how I can recover the amount already paid by me Rs 40000/- rs.
