I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have given 1 saree for dry cleaning and 1 saree for rafu and dry cleaning on wardrove outlet F001, Parsavnath plaza Indirapuram on 10/3/2012. Corresponding invoice numbers are F0011104480,F0011104481. Delivery date for both the item was 18/3/2012. After that it was a night mare. I have visited outlet 5 times and talked to the guy (in spec glass) and he always responded that your saree is coming up then finally 1 day he said it is lost. After that he vanished to his home town for vacation. I also checked their audit diary and my invoice number was mentioned in lost /pending category. I was so frusrtaed that I started calling them on regular basis, most of the time they never picked up phone and when they pick, they never given answer. Finally I went there on 19/4/2012 and met with their director and he helped me to locate my sarees. But one of saree is ruined off which was given by my dad (passed away) and they are offering Rs 500 coupon for reimbursement which is a joke. This is purely a harassmentand and emotional toruture to me from last 1 month. Also they never lodge any complaint against the lost. I would like to get help from consumer court against Wardrive for their unprofessionalism and unetichal conduct. Also I would like to get compensated properly for this matter ASAP.
