I have recently moved my household goods and a bike from Hyderabad to Chandigarh.
I was asked to pay insurance at Hyderabad for the household goods and bike.
When I received the bike at Chandigarh its badly damaged, initially I was told that they would survey and give the claim amount.
After 7 days nothing has happened and now they are telling me that the bike was not insured and I cannot claim.
I have written an official complain to their corporate email ids given on agarwalpackers.in but no response from them also.
please give some advice.
