Can you pl suggest if I can file a consumer case against the below mentioned
issue :
I bought accessories worth 4000/- from reebok and then found one of the pieces was defective.Went back to reebok manager and asked him to return the same .He got it returned the first time (after making me run for about 2 months ) but unfortunately the second piece which he gave is also defective. And now those guys are not returning the same .........I have the purchase slip over which manager has written that he gave me a defective piece and has signed
with date written on it .
Pl. advice if I can put up a case against the same .
