dear sir my self parvinder singh i had sign a contract with call ezee and they promised me they can give me 10 call per day(repair and service calls of home appliances ) aand 50,000 sms campain and 10,000 pamplets for two years and specially they are making my website with yahoo.com than i given a cheque to them on 26/06/2009 but till know i had not heared from them about my sms , pamplets .website with yahoo and even they send me only four calls in two months so therefore i called at callezee customer care for refund of my money bcz they have not done what they promised to be done but know they are refusing for refund and they are not responding me so please do something or tell me the way for refund of my eight thousand rupees.

Hi !! i receive call from call ezee first , they said pay Rs10000 , will send sms to 1 lac customers and will give proof and same data base with xls format. i given Rs 10000 cheque.till date they are not do the work & no response from them. Please , please don't go any one to call eazee. this is my kind request.

We have a Manpower & placement service company, we got to know about this fraud company through newspaper ads. Their executives continously followed-up and we fell into their trap. These unprofessional people dint respond to us after taking money.

We had signed an agreement with Call Ezee on July 24th, 2009 or classic listing.

Initially we received unwanted and irrelevant leads and after the changes were made we received only 2 leads, among which both were wrong numbers, they were looking for broadband services & Gas agency. Highly ridiculous to receive such info.

It is sad to know that they cant provide even 1 lead per day, but the way their executives put it across, it depicts that call ezee will provide excelant services compared to other service providers. The telecaller, she put us into deep shit & fled. tried reaching her but she never pick upour phone calls. The authorisded person does'nt know how to speak, he knows only to say 'i shall process your request'.

Its been hard time handling them. We are fed up calling them now we would definetly take legal action as we are not only one customer... there are many.

This peopel are ba***d people, once they collct mony never take care of them customer this people are falls commitmenet perosn evet there staff wn hav inter comunicatin boss is roming with his girlfrend & tally call are playing game on phone nothing els them job is find murgha from maket & halal him once they collect mony then never given bak after not providing any services

I am having my own Insurance & Investment Business in concern with that they were going to provide the SMS's. here is my true incident with the company

Mrs Bhavani(Phone Marketing Executive) made the following claims saying that they will do

1.sms campaign (1000 SMS per month)
2. 30 leads every month for a 12 month period
3. ad in the call ezee website.
4.first place in yahoo local search for the remaining one year of the contract.

its 4 months since i became a premium client with this company and I have not yet received one single lead and also they have not been able to provide the above services.

unsatisfied with the services i called the customer care 044 42023440(Mrs. Saranya)( very difficult to get this number to ring as it will be busy even after the business hours)she said the marketing head will call me and solve the problem

The Marketing Head is Mr. Jeyaganesh is one of the busiest person in the world Meetings 24/7 donno if Obama gets to attend meetings like this person . He also did join Mrs. Bhavani to make the above claims.

Now they tell they have not made any such claims in spite of me showing the release order signed. above all Mrs. Bhavani has resigned her job.

I had signed a contract for the leads to be given for website designing & development with call ezee. They had told me that they will charge Rs.1000 per lead for which we will make the website, if the given lead is not successful then they will not charge anything for that. They had taken
advance of Rs. 15000 from me and promised me to given 15 confirmed leads in within month for which I will make the website. After giving the money i tried their all number but no one picks the phone. After a hunting of one month, i got the number of their managers who supposed to be sit in their Rajendra Place branch. After that I got only 3-4 enquiries in around 15 days but none of them was successful. May be they will be fake enquiries created by them. Now its approx 3 months had passed I had not got any phones from them. Even I am trying the number but no reponse , no one pics the phone. The phone numbers are of Mrs. Shivani : 9818427172 (who is suppose to be boss of Call Ezee's Rajendra Place Branch. Mr. Rakesh : 9818845552, Land lines: 32065794, 47057888, 45634737, 47096888, 47201100, 32078977. I had tried these number so many time, but not able to connect with any of the person.

Please guide me what to do, how I can get my money back.

for ur kind information mrs bhavani is not our employe .she & her husband prepared our bill book . they called from thier own mobile, they have contacted the customers using our company name they collected money from customer, we found that through mr sivaram is our customer. thanks for the customer.to find this kind of persons involved.before giving any comment. kindly know what is happened.thanks. iam not a busy person for any clarification call 9282422541 jaiganesh branch manager.

ha ha ha nice comedy man.hats off ................. i should have thought before i signed up with your company... if bhavani is not working in call ezee how can i sign an RO.... the calls were always made from landline numbers and not from MOBILES...... so friends dont get cheated by them ...also friends never ever sign up with those who tell UNLIMITED LEADS(Means they dont get even 1 enquiry a year)

I also struck with them on the name of yahoo business. I had registered with them for websites now they no bodyis picking up the phone. sales executive, nor their tele callers.
no reply over the mails. can we do something against them.
