Product not recieved From Telebrands India Telebrands India
I ordered a product named 'slim-wear' from telebrands home shopping. They sent me the product once but the size was incorrect. I returned the product back via courier, after so many days when i heard no response from telebrands i made a call, they told me that they have not received the product back. I also Faxed them the courier receipt but no response is coming from their side. everytime i call i send them a fax copy of courier receipt and my bill but no actions are taken.

Take a delivery confirmation slip from the courier company, then send a written notice to the CMD of telebrand via registered post, mention all the details in it with attached photocopy of delivery slip, bill and ask them for the product or refund with in the mentioned time of 15-20 days. If they will not reply you in the mentioned time then contact us again.

Myself Adinath, posted order for Air Longe Order Number-1730714 on 17th Dec.
for this Amount Rs.5694.00 is debited from My Axis Bank Credit Card opn 17th Dec.
But Still I have not Recieved your product.
I am very depressed and Uphappy with your services.
I have Reported the same on your Number 022-40989529
now i want to cancel this Order same is requested on Phone 15 Days before but still i have not got Payment Back.
i want to revert my amount Rs.5694 back
