This is RAMA RAO, using your reliance data card no:09301818613 ( Post paid) for internet purpose since last one year.

Later on there is a poor connectivity of internet , so i requested several times on the same issue to reliance customer care (*222) and finally I decided to migrate towards prepaid connection.


on 5th of august 2009 ,I visited Delhi reliance web word ( s-37- green park main market) and requested for migration from post paid to prepaid. there reliance web world employ told me to clear my outstanding dues ( being my bill date is 14th of every month) immediately I paid Rs.1655 against Receipt no:S141284614 on the same date 5th Aug.

THere web-world employ took a migration form from me and made a request to customer care ,then he told me wait for 10 days , he instructed not to use data card till reliance customer care will call. ( Ref no: 106080068)

I eagerly waited till 19th of this month and I called to Customer care (*222) and asked for the update to Mr.Abhijeet ( Call Ref no:1348082766), and he told initially that there is a out standing amount pending thats why migration from post paid to prepaid is not given. After checking the records , he cleared that there is no such outstanding dues from my end. He asked me wait for 24 hrs. But with in 24 hrs there is no reply or call from your customer care end.

On 21st Aug I again called to customer care and talked with Mr.Ravinder ( call ref no:1351158921) and he also told to wait again 24 hrs.

on 22nd August , i called again and talked with Mr.Divya jyothi ( call ref no :107550399 ..22/08/09) , he also said wait for 24 hrs...

I again called on 23rd Aug to customer care , and talked with Ms.snehal- and now she is asking me to wait for 48hrs and she said we will make a complaint on that particular reliance web word ( s-37- green park main market).


Initially 24 hrs now it went to 48 hrs....

Is this is the services that reliance are providing for a customer , who cleared all his outstanding amount before bill date and asked for post paid to prepaid migration ?????????

Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

Beaware of INDIA TODAY BOOKCLUB ONLINE SHOPPING

I have ordered Reebok shoes by mid of May 2009 through their website. nextday, customer care called and informed to again order the same through voice system as my web order not executed due to technical problem. so i did.
On may 26th, i have recd one parcell containing reebok shoes. next day also, one more parcel came, which i refused to accept from the courier man (Dart Mail). Immediately, i have informed INDIA TODAY BOOKCLUB regarding this.
But next month credit card bill, they have deducted twice Rs 2500. From 10th of June 2009, I am struggling to get my money back through emails, no. of phone calls (which is costlier than Rs 2500), as on today no output. I have gone through severe mental torture and heavy stress, due their poor negligence and lethargic attidude towards consumers money.

Try to call the call center number, you will be waiting for 45 minutes, then only you will get connected to the executive. till that time, your phone bill will be charged. as no toll free number entertained.

Kindly get my money back along with the compensation of Rs50000
